Well they got the job done in the end. But a mixture of a high valuation and very passive engagement with the market meant it took a long time to sell. Recently sold our home through Robert Bells. Good communication / relationship from all team members. The final 2 - 3 weeks prior to ‘completion’ were tense to say the least due to poor communications down the chain. During this time Julian was a calming, reassuring presence readily available and worked really hard communicating with relevant others and as a result the sale was completed on time.... Read more
