For over thirty years I have used Robert Holmes for everything from buying, selling and letting. They have always delivered. On this occasion Paul De Havilland as the primary agent did a great job of selling my house in a difficult market and keeping me well informed though out the process. Although we ultimately rented outside London, the level of service received from the wimbledon village lettings office was fantastic. Their knowledge of the local area as well as the lettings market was exceptional. Great team, great service.

Out of touch, crumbling relic of an agency, totally out of touch with the modern world. Saccharine when they get your instruction, which turns into callous pomposity and arrogance when they can't get a result.
Other agents in the village have been around for as long if not longer, but have invested in themselves, their methods and their product. In future, I'll be going them.

We've been working with Jilly for a number of weeks now - she was instrumental in securing us our dream flat in Wimbledon Village. Outside of that though, from day one her manner was so wonderfully professional and genuinely kind. Jane in Robert Holmes' office has been equally lovely when we met her, and all team members we've met in passing have been fab. The service here feels quite bespoke. Like they care - you're not just a number. Also, the quality of the residences they're representing is excellent - clean, well cared for. This agency feels like it offers caring, boutique service, and I'd like to thank you all for that - how refreshing today to receive such excellent service, with a smile.

We have used Robert Holmes as both tenant and landlord. Our experience while renting via Jilly was excellent and so years later we have used them again, this time as a landlord. Both Jo and Jilly are excellent and more recently Rodica has managed our property and she has been excellent, very professional, clear communication and on top of everything.

I've been forced to take Robert Holmes & Co to court over £9k of unpaid money (which I 'claim' is owed to me - process still on going so watching my words here of course). I'll claim that they have shown no respect for an agreement, no respect for the people (me) on the end of the agreement and I will look to demonstrate perhaps most alarmingly of all that they have shown total contempt for the court and its direct orders and instructions. I'm looking forward to keeping the public and local businesses who choose to work with these people (under their various registered names at companies house!) closely informed on proceedings and will be extending an invite to the general public to join those proceedings, if they become public. If I am proved right, this will serve as a warning for anyone who might chose to work with them or for them in future. Lots of wealth, zero class and integrity (I'll claim).

This year my partner and I moved into our first flat together. After looking around and dealing with various different estate agents, Robert Holmes stood out to us for many reasons. We have now met with multiple members of the team (Jilly, Jo and Jane) who were willing to communicate and go the extra mile for us in attempt to get us the flat we fell in love with and wanted to rent! Since moving into our flat, we have been managed by Rodica who has supported us throughout all hours of the day, again going above and beyond to make sure we are happy and settled in our new place. We couldn’t fault the teams personable skills and the warm environment they have created at Robert Holmes letting agency, Wimbledon Village. Thank you to all involved in our move,

Have worked with Robert Holmes many times, both following a purchase by a client, and working with that client to totally renovate their purchase. Also we have referred client's to Robert Holmes' as a Wimbledon Agent with a unique understanding and knowledge of every house in the area. Strongly believe they assist clients in getting the best price for their clients.

A disgusting mix of bigotry, toxic people, very questionable business practices. patronizing ''property managers'' whom only job is to do nothing and stress you out until you give up...but always happy to point fingers to make up something to steal your deposit. For me it was 150 pounds divided as follow:
-> 100 for ''inventory check''
-> 50 to pay for...an extra day (I pay on the 25th moved out on the 25th and offered to moved at 11:59 of the 24th)
no matter what you do this pirates will still find an excuse to steal your money. For me was:
-> 3 plus months sleeping in the living room as they could fix a large humidity patch in the bedroom
-> zero maintenance
-> constant bully- type behavior
-> Rats infestations from day 0, no maintenance prior getting in, filthy conditions of the property the day I moved in.
