I recently had to sell my late parents' house and decided to instruct Hamptons in Wimbledon Village. My reason for choosing Hamptons over the other agents was solely down to Richard. He took the time to research the property and discovered that Hamptons had in fact sold the property to my parents back in 1988, and he found the original sales particulars and also some old photos. He gave me all the information I needed (and more) without the hard sell. I have worked in the industry for years and it was so refreshing not to be given the "patter". He filled me with confidence and didn't let me down. Both Kasper and Richard worked hard to get multiple viewings and offers within two weeks, in the hardest month of the year to sell a property (December) and the sale exchanged only 3 months later. Kasper saw the sale through and kept me fully informed at all stages. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and the speed of the sale.
