I loved dealing with Robert’s Hunt estate agents Bedfont. Process was quick, smooth. Agents were most helpful, straight forward, achieved and did the best to help me and my family to move into new home the dates that we needed. Particularly agent Sylwia Czeladko was brilliant, she went out of hers way to make sure we get new house keys on Saturday just after Christmas. Everything was in place. As first time landlords, Roberts Hunt have provided an amazing service that has made quite a stressful process relatively easy. It took us a while to find the right agents, as other estate agents were either not honest or their terms were not fair, but that isn't the case with Roberts Hunt. From the beginning they were completely transparent about the process and what to expect. They communicate brilliantly, you always know what is going on - Sylwia especially writes detailed emails and keeps you in the loop at every stage. They've found us good tenants and we fully trust that our property is in good hands while we are out of the UK. We recently renewed our mortgage deals with Roberts Hunts Estate Agent. Chris Perryment, helped us with securing the best deal we could get from Halifax. As mortgage rates gone up drastically, we had one on one meeting with Chris Perryment to discuss our financial stand and future plan against the best mortgage deal we could get. Disgusting treatment! Wish I could give zero stars!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Roberts Hunt. From start to finish, the process was marred by incompetence and lack of professionalism. Firstly, communication was abysmal. It took multiple attempts to get a response to basic inquiries. In fact, I had to call them and chase them several times, and even then, the information provided was often inaccurate or vague.
Furthermore, the agents seemed disinterested and unengaged throughout the entire process. It felt like they were just going through the motions, with no genuine concern for my needs or preferences. They showed little to no initiative in finding suitable solutions or even communicating clearly and accurately.
To make matters worse, they left me in the dark for an entire week, which has now resulted in me losing out on a second property! Instead of coming back to me in a timely manner, giving me the option to revise my offer, they simply sent me the below email:
“Further to the below, please be advised that the landlord of Barnway would like to thank you for your interest in the property but is not prepared to accept any less than the asking price. We wish you luck with finding a suitable home soon.”
The tone of this email is rather rude and obnoxious, not even asking if I’d like to review my offer. It’s a very much 'go jump in the lake' attitude. I even called the branch immediately after receiving that email and spoke with Sylwia, who should not be dealing with the public as she has zero manners. She seems to think she told me this over the phone, when probably she is getting me mixed up with one of the other candidates. This was totally untrue and has never been communicated to me! I was more than happy to offer the asking price of just £95 more per month if it had been communicated - clearly something else is going on here.
This agency demonstrated a shocking lack of attention to detail, leading to unnecessary complications and delays. It was clear that they are not experts at providing quality service to their clients. It's an absolute disgrace how they treat their customers like dirt.
Overall, my experience with this agency was incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and incompetence make them entirely unsuitable for anyone looking to rent from them. I have never dealt with such a pathetic agency in my life.

Shame I cannot give 0 stars. Kept my £250 deposit after I did not pass their "referencing" had to find a guarantor who earns over £68K even though I proved I earned the same amount. they do this probably with every house and to at least a dozen of people to earn more commission. We went to another agent and rented a house within 48 hours !! They probably do this with loads of people to keep their money. Shame a firm like this is benefiting from people's lives! it is fascinating how manipulative this company is. asking me over the phone if I had any outstanding CCJ's, which I DO NOT have. and then twist their words over the phone by saying: ''no we asked if you had, not have any''. also, the estate agent I rented from now did the checks within 48 hours for only £95!! Roberts & Hunt charged us £250,- and kept going forward and backwards for 10 days long. I do not recommend them and am awaiting response from our solicitor to take legal action. I will not rest my case till I get my money back. People please ignore their fake reviews and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

DETAILED REVIEW: James sold my property which had an underlying issue.
I had previously marketed it with another well-known friendly local agent who’s attitude and approach were, quite frankly, very disappointing – no demonstrable efforts to push the sale, poor communication, disorganised, poor photography, reactive and not proactive. Nice people, but extremely frustrating.
I then approached another friendly (corporate) agent based locally who was adamant I should sell the property via their Modern Method of Auction process. Although, very helpful I didn’t feel I was getting a good deal. Other agents in the area didn’t really fill me with confidence either.
…I then spoke to James.
His approach was VERY different to anyone I had previously spoken to. His family-run business approach was much more personalised than all the other agents.
It felt as though he wanted to sell the house for ME, and not just to ‘hog’ the property and make a quick profit. It wasn’t long until I realised how hard he actually works.
- His valuation was the most realistic.
- His photos were astoundingly good.
- His recommendation of solicitor was excellent.
- His communication was on point at every stage.
- He was very proactive in chasing anything which could potentially stall the sale.
- He LISTENED and worked WITH me.
- He went out of his way to spend hours to learn about the underlying issue with my house, and was soon an expert in said issue. No-one prior had bothered to help in this manner.
- His tenacity and dedication were instrumental in the sale of the house. I was extremely impressed.
- The overall Roberts-Hunt team were also excellent with communication. Very polite and professional at all times.

Absolute rubbish service, be super careful with their letting agreement, they took me for viewing the property with mould on wall and promised to fix it.i went through the referencing and paid the deposit as well, when I asked them how they treat the mould they start giving me stories that it been washed with chemical and redecorated, basically paint on top and in the contract try to hold me responsible if it comes back so when I made it clear that if the mould come back to the same area I won't be responsible for it. Next day they come back and said landlord wants the property back just 6 days before moving date and refunded my deposit. So be very careful because they just trying to do something very smelly, and don't contact them on phone just the email to keep it evidence because they keep changing their words

I live in Australia and I came over Feb to get my house ready for sale. I asked James to do a valuation for me and agreed to put it up for sale. I came back to Australia and within 2 weeks I had 2 offers, one of which has led to the sale of the property.
Being so far away, I needed someone that I could trust to look after the property and bring in trades as required. He even handled getting a tree cleared that was blown down by the strong winds in Feb.

I had a great experience purchasing my home from Roberts Hunt. In a time (2021) where the housing market has been crazy and unfair to buyers especially first time buyers such as ourselves and I have felt estate agents (such as chancellors) have taken advantage of buyers and exploited desperation for every penny ! Roberts hunt remained fair. They were helpful and responsive throughout and although seemingly very busy never failed to get back to us and cooperate on all our needs (access to the property when needed). I highly recommend this estate agent and cannot fault our experience overall.

Roberts Hunt are a life changer, the process that you go through purchasing/selling a house is stressful but these guys know how to handle everything and it makes you feel at ease! I was a first time shared ownership buyer, so it was daunting initially but James definitely helped me understand the process a lot more better.
I went to the Bedfont/Feltham branch where Chris, Grace, Mikayla and most importantly, James have all been a pleasure to deal with.
Throughout the barrage of emails/calls and questions that I had for them, especially James, there was never once a time where I felt like I was belittled for what I didn't know. If you don't know something, ask and they'll most definitely help!
I moved into my new property last week and it wouldn't have been without James to constantly chase a third party company, we wouldn't have completed on the day if it were't for his persistence.

I cannot express my recommendation enough for this estate agent. Graham was an amazing broker, going well out of his way to make my dream home mine. During such a busy time he helped us go from offer to completion in just 10 weeks with one day to spare on the stamp duty holiday.
Despite being told by multiple agents that it was unrealistic, and despite all the complications - Graham and James guided us through the process.
The service delivered was more than I ever expected. As first time buyers we came in knowing nothing. One of the few brokers that are here to give people a home, the service doesn't stop here either. I know he will be in touch just before it'll be time to reassess the mortgage.

I want to thank Roberts Hunt Estate agents for their fantastic work in the past couple of months especially James, Grace and Maria.
Initially, James came to see my home and explained in detail everything that needs to be done in order to get the property ready for the rental market. From the word go I felt that he is someone that I could work with. He is polite, understanding and extremely helpful.
After the initial meetings James put me in touch with Grace who completed the process up to and including finding tenants for the property. I think I could honestly say without Grace I would have been lost! Grace is a true professional, she is easy to talk to easy to contact and with her everything is possible. She guided me through each stage from clearing the house to completing all the checks to signing contracts. To know that she is there to deal with any issues during the tenancy is a huge relief for me.

I want to thank Roberts Hunt and especially James for being so incredibly helpful with our transition from renting one property to another. I must say that James from Roberts Hunt been amazing since day 1 with me and my husband when we wanted to rent a property. He has been always so responsive, I mean, every time we requested something James supported us with all the information possible, making us feel at ease throughout the whole process of moving in.
Being pregnant at this time, things could have been so stressful but instead he made it so smooth for us.

Graham provided excellent advice for our mortgage, I went with graham for mortgage advice back in 2015, and decided to come back in 2019 for another purchase.

David in particular went well above and beyond what the 'regular' estate agents do (or tell that they are going to do). He didn't only get us a cash buyer for a speedy completion but he also negotiated with the buyers that we could rent our place after the exchange, while we worked on our new house. Roberts Hunt helped us get our first house seven years ago. We could not have wished for more support and advice from Graham.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for all your assistance in helping us move onto our next home and a new chapter in our lives’. We originally used Graham for our first mortgage, who was recommend to us, on a new build shared ownership and he was very knowledgeable, 3 years on we decided to move and unfortunately the housing association were not very helpful in assisting us with our move. They never introduced a buyer and even though out of area, Roberts Hunt Estate Agents introduced a number of buyers and we were able to move forward with our onward purchase.
