Simon, Barbara and Jacqui were particularly sensitive when discussing the sale of our much loved family home. They were professional whilst being friendly and supportive throughout. We were kept fully informed of up coming viewings and received feedback promptly after the viewings.

Jacqui showed us around the property and literally had our hearts set on this property within minutes! We were able to get a second viewing in the same week and then placed our offer! We were accepted within a few days and from there, supported by Meg & Simon. I cannot thank Meg enough for the help and guidance throughout the purchase- as this was very lengthy unfortunately. But Meg kept communicating throughout and explaining everything to us. On completion, we were able to collect the keys at a time that suited us and also got a follow up email with spare keys delivered. The team were absolutely amazing! We can't thank them enough! :)

I found the perfect house for sale in Flackwell Heath on Robertson’s site but I hadn’t yet put my house on the market, I knew mine would be a difficult sale as it had a very small back garden. After a chat with Simon my property was soon on the market, also with Robertsons, and Susan, Jacqui and Jelka showed a lot of people the house, I had in total over 50 viewings before it finally sold and I have just moved into my dream house. Buying a home as a first time buyer is sooo stressful because the solicitors are awfully slow. Jacqui at Robertson's went above and beyond with keeping up to date and chasing up both mine and the sellers solicitors. I really could not have done this without Jacqui and although she was not my estate agent because I was not selling.... she was literally "my estate agent" and the most important person in this whole process. So warm and funny and down to earth... when I sell in the future she will be my go to person!

James Donald from Robertson’s has done an exceptional job with selling my house. The marketing materials he produced were very detailed and of a high standard which resulted in 4 viewings and 4 offers almost immediately. James then worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale went through smoothly- he always responded quickly to questions and information passed between myself and my purchasers.
I was particularly impressed with James’ honesty and integrity when I was faced with a difficult situation with my own house purchase. Although it would have been in his own interests if I had gone ahead quickly with my planned purchase (and the possible loss of his fee if I pulled out), he understood that it probably wasn’t the right thing for me and gave me an honest opinion about the specific issues that had arisen.
I would thoroughly recommend James and Robertson’s estate agents.

We've just completed on the sale of our home in High Wycombe (to buy oop north!), and we would just like to say what an absolute delight it has been to work with James.
It wasn't easy selling our place, and we'd previously had it on the market with a different estate agents, who, for months, had seemingly put in very little effort in marketing our property, and, surprise, surprise we had very little interest / enquiries.
As soon as we switched to James at Robertsons, it was a completely different story. James worked his socks off, getting a wide range of interest, and communicating with us at every possible stage. Nothing was too much for him, and we were so impressed with his energy and determination to get us a buyer.
Despite the challenging market, James got us a buyer, and continued to work hard to get us through to completion.
Could not recommend him and Robertsons highly enough.
Worth absolutely every penny... and I'm sure not many people say that about their Estate Agents!

We have just sold our house and bought another house through James at Robertsons. James really does go the extra mile for all his clients. He did all the viewings of our house himself, which I thought was fantastic and not something I’ve ever experienced with other estate agents. His communication is also always excellent. Moving house is so stressful (this was no different!) but James really did make it all as easy as possible! Would thoroughly recommend using him

James and the team at Robertsons Estate Agents have been truly excellent in the sale and purchase of our house move recently. James worked really hard at every step including weekends to ensure we got the house move that we wanted.
It took only eleven and a half weeks from our old home going up for sale with Robertsons until us actually moving into our new house which was also being sold by Robertsons. This is quite amazing in todays market and a great testament to their drive and commitment.
James at Robertsons really did go over and above our expectations to get things done and we believe that you will not find a better Estate Agent if you are thinking of moving house.

We don’t usually write reviews but due to the outstanding service we have received from James on the second occasion, We really felt we had to express how amazing his service is from start to finish.
If you are looking for a professional estate agent who is efficient without the pressured feeling of your usual agent, James is perfect.
No question or query is too much hassle for him. James was always easily reachable when we needed him and always went above and beyond his job role.
We needed a quick sale due to finding our dream home, we contacted James, the advert was live and viewings booked ready for the week ahead, all within 24 hours. Luckily enough but not surprising due to James professionalism and mannerism with clients, we had 3 offers of which James was honest and advised us accordingly.
As far as price, James was highly competitive and offered a far superior service than wye and JNP, who we have used on previous purchases.
We cannot thank James at Robertson’s enough and without a doubt, we would not hesitate to use him again.
