Worse estate agent in the game. Had our property on the market for two years and brought us just two buyers who weren't even in a position to buy. The whole team was then sacked and this wasn't communicated to us. A new manager, Harrison, took over and instantly promised the world but failed to deliver. They took no responsibility for the errors made and continued to make excuses. Ended up going with an independent estate agent, who sold the house after one day of an open house. Please reconsider using Robinson Jackson. Would recommend and independent.

Sue only works at Robinson Jackson on a Saturday as she does stellar work with special needs children during the week and she was so good and professional in a respectful way, that I would like her to take responsibility for our house. Although I'm sure the rest of the team will be equally professional. Harrison the Branch Manager knows his business and I should know as in days gone by I have worked for Estate Agents in Mayfair, Chelsea and Blackheath although at the time I was the lowly bookkeeper. I bought a property, the early stages were good up to the point you make an offer and get accepted. But the after care is terrible and lack communication. I have to keep chasing multiple times to get an answer from the progression team. Currently I am struggling to liase with the seller to set a time to move in on the completion date (a time we can at least work toward to arrange moving vans etc). I have recently been on the other side selling with Dexters and they went over and beyond to help both parties and did not abandon until everything was done.

First class experience from start to finish! Scott at the Welling office has been so efficient and easy to deal with, listened exactly to what we wanted then implemented it to the letter. Yes it obviously helped he found a buyer within 4 days, but the speed he got the property on the market (36 hours) when one of his close competitors took 10 days showed me how professional he was. He knew we were very unhappy with our previous agent and just talking to him I felt confident that he was our most realistic hope of reaching a sale in today's market. The Sales Progression Team took over, said they would keep in touch weekly which they have and this has now resulted in completion after only 6 weeks!! Well done to you guys too. Hazel was our sales progressor and this was a big selling point for us because we wanted to be sure there was a dedicated person to help support us through this sale and Hazel was exactly that. From our initial meeting with Scott, to our moving day 6 months later, the whole R&J Welling team have been supportive, approachable, professional & patient! Our home was put on the market, had 15 viewings booked, and was sold within the first week.
When two months down the line, we had a major setback, because our buyers could not fulfill their mortgage, Scott had our home back on the market, and sold again within the week! This was such a relief to us, as it allowed us to keep the house we had put an offer on.
Tony, Scott, Anthony and their sales team all made time for us, and guided us through the stressful process with expertise and friendliness. The progression team Hazel and Adele were also always on the end of the phone, to help us with any questions and to keep us well informed. Towards exchange, they done everything they could to push things through as quickly as possible, to enable the chain to complete to everyone’s satisfaction.

What can I say - its such a relief to actually engage with professionals who know their business which was reassuring. The process couldn't have gone any smoother which I think was partially down to the staff at the Welling and Plumstead branch - other London agents could really learn from these two offices on how buying/selling should be done.

From the initial meet to put us on the path of selling our property Robinson Jackson proved that they were way above the other agents I had round, and I wasn’t disappointed. House was in market within a week and they had also set up 11 viewings in the process. After the viewings we had 3 offers and the house was sold WOW all within 3 months too. Attention to detail, customer communications and plenty of advice (as we had never done this before) made this agent heads above the rest. I highly recommend Robinson Jackson for everyone reason you could possibly think of, because once they started the process it was smooth start to finish 10/10 on every level

I could not recommended Robinson Jackson Welling any higher .
From the moment Scott walked in to value our house my Mother and I knew we could trust him with our sale. It was never going to be easy for us after loosing my Father 10 years ago and this being our only family home and Scott understood this fully and showed us the compassion we needed. He was never pushy and let us move at our own pace when we was ready.
Scott and Tony have been our rocks and have helped my mother and I get through one of the most stressful processes of our life. I know they say moving is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do but throw unknown Probate plus extras in and you can only imagine how close to breaking down we have been. Scott and Tony we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us keep ourselves together especially me who has you on speed dial ???? You have both helped in every way you could , answered every question we've had, made us laugh when we've been crying, and without you there is no way we would have completed our house sale and purchase, we would have pulled out long ago. I will actually miss being able to speak to you both on a regular basis!

We thought we got the right agency but once we signed the contract with Robinson Jackson, the whole experience turned into the most stressful and inefficient process. The agency alongside with Tony were absolutely useless, unresponsive and disrespectful. Looked like they had too many houses to deal with so didn't bother our case at all. Our buyer withdrew in the end so we changed our estate agent to Kevin from Danson. We sold the house immediately well above the asking price! Don't waste your money on this bunch of hawks as this is who they are!

We picked the right estate agents to help us sell our house. They are professional and friendly from start to finish. The viewings went really smoothly and we sold our property quickly. We had an issue with our Sold sign pulling over a small wall, but Tony was on the case and arranged to get this repaired.

Hello everyone!
My wife and I sold our home in February 2021 with the Welling branch of Robinson Jackson. They were recommended to us by friends who had recently sold their house in the Welling area.
Tony Murray (Branch Manager) and Scott Dowler (Sales Manager) guided us through the whole process magnificently from start to finish. They were very friendly, honest and professional throughout the process.
We had huge interest in our home right from the beginning and we quite quickly secured offers. The checks on prospective buyers were very thorough and gave us peace of mind.
When we accepted an offer everything moved very quickly and we were able to get our home sold in time for our buyer to avail of the 0% stamp duty offer. We were also keen to sell quickly if we could and Robinson Jackson were able to facilitate that.

Where do I start with this ongoing issue!
You ever been to a pantomime or circus? Its very funny right? This is what I think of the professionalism of the staff dealing with my property and landlords.
We had a viewing at our property and it really felt right. We had several viewings but this property caught our eye.
A lovely location backing onto a really nice park behind us. Loads of space for parking and very quiet.
We had the viewing in the summer of 2019 when the temperatures were soaring.
Inside the property we did notice the windows were not double glazed but it was so hot inside that it did not cross our minds for the future.
The rooms were suitable and a lot of space. We did realise the odd mould patches but assumed this was the previous tenants not cleaning.
Come the winter season and thats when we realised what we was in for!
Temperatures inside our house around 10 degrees. The average temperature should be between 17-21.
The heating system which are old school electric heaters are appaling!
These did not produce no heat!
The shower took 20 minutes before the hot water kicked in. Pathetic to say the least!
Every night we were wrapped up in bed covers and spent a fortune on electric heaters throughout the whole house.
We got through the winter season but constantly had colds and chesty coughs.
Come February 2020 we informed Robinson&Jacksons my partner was expecting our first baby.
We informed them of our unhealthy living conditions and kindly asked them can we have windows replaced by our landlords for heat protection and to stop the mould.
We were told this would be arranged and given the greenlight.
Email after email which was rarely responsive. Phone call after phone call. Nothing seemed to be moving forward.
One morning myself and partner were sleeping and heard this horrific noise come from the bathroom.
The shower glass had smashed all over the floor. We believe there may of been a small splint in the glass to finally shudder everywhere due to the pressure of the shower vibrating constantly.
We straight away informed Robinson&Jacksons as this was a vital emergency. It took a week for someone to even come and look at the shower. Plus another week for it to be replaced. Shocking!
Come July 2020 our son arrived.
No new windows replaced still!
As parents we were astonished that the promises were broken.
We had no one come and even look at our property!
I decided to ring up as emails were not getting responded too.
Two weeks later we had someone come and look at the windows and quote the landlords.
Every other week we had someone come and look at the windows but nothing was cemented. This was getting prolonged all the time!
Mould was getting in every room.
Windows constantly full of condensation and water dripping from the window seals.
Some of the windows are that bad they leave small gaps when closing which causes a draft to come through.
Our baby boy is our priority. He then started getting the colds. We then decided to buy more electric heaters and swaddled him every night in thick blankets.
Its now been 9 months and we are still at this property. Everything is still the same and nothing has changed.
As tenants we have been very reasonable.
We have never missed a bill, waited very patiently and kept ourselves away from everyones business.
Our kindness has obviously been a weakness.
We have decided to finally move out and have a new place ready to go into.
We kindly asked the Robinson&Jackson team can we move out early from the signed contract agreed.
We asked to move out over the next two weeks.
They spoke with the landlords and said the landlords have done us a deal. We are expected to go in March but allowing us to go in January.
They musy think thats a polite gesture. Its far from a polite gesture! Its a lack of respect! The least they could of done was accept our wishes.
We have to pay rent still up till January but are waiting to find out if we will receive our deposit back.
From this sad experience I WOULD NEVER go through with Robinson&Jacksons again.

You will keep on chasing them weeks and months for any maintenance as if you don't have any other work and there would be hardly any good response.

I had to sell my mothers home on her request to fund care home fees and I got quotes from local estate agents, RJ were the most competitive but they over delivered on service, simply the best estate agents I have ever dealt with....EVER!. We had the property sold within 7 days of marketing then around February the bottom of the chain fell out and then lockdown disrupted marketing it again. Through out this time RJ team, shout out to Tony Murray, Scott and Tony Hodges ( Senior Partner ) who kept me informed all the way and proactively worked on getting this over the line which they did in early October.

The only reason they have got such a high rating is because I cannot give them 0.
Viewed two properties with them each time being shown round by a woman called Lily, each time we explained that we wanted a move because our current home had damp/mould issues and it was not pleasant,
We liked the 2nd property 18 Park View Rd and decided to make an offer.
Part of the process they gave you a form to fill out. On this form it asked for special requests, we specifically asked for guarantees that this property never had problems with damp, also asked verbally. We were told by the same woman there were no issues with damp.
Got the keys on 26th Oct and started moving in gradually because of work. Finally moving in fully on 22nd Nov.
To our horror in less than a week of fully moving in we had signs of damp and mould in two rooms which is slowly spreading.
It is a property that they have had on their books for a period of time so they would have been well aware of all issues.

James was extremely helpful and did his best to make everything sprint through with the documents, lease, verifications etc. Extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me out as I had to move in by a certain date.
However on day of key handing over, there was a slight miscommunication of the place where they will hand us the keys and we reached the house we rented with our 6 months old baby and all furniture. Stacy, with whom inspite of repeated requests and explaining that we are sitting on pavement with a 6 month old and bad weather, the lady was highly inconsiderate and didn't care there was an infant sitting on road. Their office was hardly 2 km away and could have easily sent someone to send keys. I explained her my situation many many times and begged her to understand and be emphatetic but, in her own words "she didn't care". Had no humanity.
Was shocked how there are two extremes in one organisation.

If I could I would give a ---5 star to this agency in Welling, I had the worst ever given service from the 3 agents from this office. First of all Isabella didn't show up at the house view and the tenant that was living in the house didn't know about it. Luck us that he opened the door and we saw the flat. After we called her and she said she will come back to us and of course she didn't. On the website it says the office is until 8 p.m so we decide to go there because we liked the flat. Nobody was in the office and nobody pick up the phone. The next day I called again and I spoke with Lily, I told her i like the property and i would like to pay a holding deposit and I did over the phone, which for me to be honest it was a bit strange. Anyway after the payment she sent me a document to fill out and then she didn't reply to me again.I called a few days and her colleague (don't know his name) said that she is not in the office or she is busy on the phone and she will come back to me. Even the first time when I called, he asked my name and he hung up the phone, and I called again to ask why he hung up and he said Lily is busy on the phone with somebody else not even saying a sorry for that.Being fed up with this situation and this UNPROFESSIONAL people working there I called to ask for my money back and a guy told me that the house is not even available. Nobody apologise to us which is very rude. I would never recommend this agency, I am really disappointed.

Tony was the agent taking care of a property I was purchasing. I used Yopa and my buyer's used Purple Bricks. These services are cheap but you get what you pay for. Tony ensured our deal stayed on track. Without him I wonder if we would ever have exchanged! Once I moved in he also helped with rubbish removal as my vendor left rubbish at the house. I decided to rent out my home earlier this year but was unsure which letting agent to use. I received 4 different visits from different agents but Robinson Jackson was the best with their Infinity package. From the moment that I gave them the instruction, they were super efficient and helpful and let the property within the first week. Disappointed. It felt like they were working to get my buyer the best deal. I was advised to go along with whatever demands the buyer wanted or “I’d lose the sale” despite selling my house in 8 days. They were £8,000 under the asking price and Scott advised to accept with “no further reductions” ...but was then on the phone trying to get more money off For the buyer....reluctantly accepted and, once again, told by Scott that if they didn’t complete before the end of January, the further reduction wouldn’t apply.....when i pointed this out to Tony after the January deadline had passed, I was called “petty” and that I’d lose the sale.Just a long drawn out horrible experience. Can’t fault Anthony, he seemed to be the only one that listened and made sense. And hate to say or think this...but i was left feeling that if I wasn’t a single woman, they wouldn’t have spoken or dealt with me like they did. Over £5000 commission, I did most of the viewings and all that above.

Scott immediately was very professional, friendly and accommodating on the phone when fitting in my first viewing and made time to arrange additional viewings if I required.
He was always available to answer any questions I had as my purchase progressed and I was delighted he could be the one to tell me when my offer had been accepted!

I completed on a purchase with RJ Welling last week. I must say that the whole experience with Robinson Jackson Welling from start to end has been fantastic. Scott showed us the property initially & he didn't try any pointless sales spiel - nice guy. Scott handled our offer & got back to me in good time & from that point onwards, it was mostly managed by Tony Hodges, who was very thorough & informative & constantly kept us up-to-date throughout. I found at no stage did I need to chase anyone at RJ. We also used their in-house Mortgage Advisor Caroline (who is brilliant) & her colleague Gary for Life Insurance+Mortgage Protection (who is also brilliant). I phoned the branch directly a few of times & also spoke to other RJ staff & they were always friendly & helpful & always passed on my messages. Overall I would recommend them, friendly team & just seem like an organised branch. I have dealt with other RJ branches in the past & generally have had good experience where applicable.

Excellent service from start to finish, Tony Murray came to value our property there was no pushy sales pitch he explained everything we needed to know. The pictures and marketing of our home were fantastic and we had potential buyers booking viewings within hrs and at times that suited me, our house was sold with several bids in just one afternoon and following morning of viewings. What I thought would take months was done in a week!
Tony was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions and also recommended a solicitors which were fantastic (especially in comparison to some others in the chain that really held things up)
Tony hodges was also fantastic as the sale progressed he really got things moving and was speaking to the whole chain to get our sale and purchase completed I think we would still be waiting for it to go through now if he wasn’t constantly chasing the chain.

We called Robinson Jackson Welling branch in a bit of a panic as we needed to move quickly for family reasons and had already found a suitable property.
We explained our situation and Tony Murray (branch manager) came round for a valuation the next day. Photos taken the day after (lots of comments from friends and family about how great they looked) and we were listed straight after that. We had more viewings than we expected - Scott and Anthony did a great job of keeping in touch and following up to collect feedback. I had an email confirmation with the name and time of every viewing, which was useful for keeping track.
When it came to managing the offer, Tony Murray's feedback was very helpful and when it came to closing the deal at exchange time, Tony Hodges was brilliant, handling a complex situation (our buyer and seller refusing to meet in the middle on completion date) professionally and absorbing stress from all sides. Branch admin was great too, they were always on top of their emails and replied quickly.
Throughout the process we have felt very well supported by Robinson Jackson and would not hesitate to recommend them in future.

We have been using Robinson Jackson’s Property Management service for quite some time. This year has been rather troublesome with tenants staying in our property after a Section 21 notice was served and failing to pay rent. Despite this we never felt anxious or worried and that was all thanks to the hard work and the reassuring communications of the management team.
The whole team are very competent, including Wendy, but we would like to particularly point out for praise Stephanie who this year we have mainly been dealing with. She has been efficient at organising and getting jobs done quickly, has a fantastic phone manner and you are left feeling that your property is in a safe pair of hands. Having had been on the market with another estate agent for six weeks and having had only six viewings in this whole time we were left with the choice of reducing the price or changing the estate agent.
From the first moment of meeting with Tony from Robinson Jackson Welling we felt confident that him and his team he could sell our house without having to reduce our asking price. He spoke sense from the moment he walked in the door and was honest from the get go, he knew the marketplace, he knew who our potential customer would be and he knew how to market our home.
The result.....our home SOLD IN UNDER 10 DAYS without having to reduce the asking price!!!!
Our dedicated sales progressor Sue was amazing she practically held our hand through every step of the process as and when it happened (sometime making things happen that little bit faster if she could). If we were stressed about something or didn't understand something she picked up the phone and talked us through it, she almost became one of the family!

The Welling branch were absolutely fantastic from start to finish during the sale process of our house. We initially went with an Online Agent and after a month of no viewings and no advice on what to do next apart from to keep reducing the price.
At this point we got in contact with Tony, who came around to value the house and told us how Robinson Jackson would market the house and what service they offered. We were then left to decide on what we wanted to do next and never pressured. We decided to proceed and our house was quickly on the market with viewings starting to be booked.
Once we had received some offers, the sales team worked to get the best possible price for us before we accepted an offer. We then got a dedicated Sales Progressor (Sue), who was fantastic. Nothing was ever a problem and we kept up to date through the whole process. When our sale looked like it may fall through, Sue didn't give up and made sure our sale progressed through to completion. It's this sort of service which makes the stress of selling a house so much easier.
The service we received is exactly why High Street Estate Agents will continue to be superior to Online Agents, there was no comparison. It has been a pleasure using Robinson Jackson to sell our house and I am convinced had we used any other agent we wouldn't have got to where we are now.

I wanted to sell a property with Robinson Jackson. I used their website contact form to request a valuation, but no one called back. The next day I phoned their office, and arranged a date and time for the valuation. I received a call on the morning of the appointment to confirm the details, but the person didn't show up, and I never heard from them again.
