We used Robinson Michael & Jackson Walderslade for our house purchase and the service has been exceptional. From the first viewing of our property Kendell was warm, welcoming and professional. The rest of our sale was managed by Dallas who maintained communication regularly. Dallas was professional, positive and worked tirelessly to exchange. We always felt in good hands, we had a previously disappointing experience where our chain had broken and Dallas was understanding of this offering regular reassurance and updates. Thank you to all the team for all the hard work and helping us get our dream home.

A well deserved thank you to Lily, Tammy and team for helping us with the sale of our rental house. We have had an extremely efficient and supportive service at every step of the way, and Tammy you were instrumental in solving the last minute issue which meant that the sale was not lost.<br><br>We would also give a special mention to Harry in lettings who was fantastic in dealing with the tenants exit, the technical and legal lettings advice he gave us, and the seamless way he worked with the sales team to coordinate everything that needed to be done was excellent.<br><br>We are very impressed and would absolutely recommend RMJ sales and lettings services.<br>Thank you ??????

Thanks to the team at this branch for making the whole process so straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout and a special thanks to Lisa and Hazel for their meticulous work in chasing everything up and keeping things moving. Made the process feel seamless. Absolutely terrible service here especially from the team leader Sophie. They found me the worst tenants possible who trashed my house. I can get past that but the service from this team is the worst part. They charge you finders fee and management fees however a tenant breaks the contract and leaves early and there is no support. Instead they want to charge you again for finding another tenant. Nobody comes back to you have to constantly chase them for updates. I would not use them if it was a free service again.

I was very disappointed with this estate agency. The manager makes many promises but does nothing in reality. The listing was completely unprofessional, and instead of making proper improvements, they only suggested lowering the price. I cannot recommend their service.
