After a lot of deliberation we decided to market our home in Lower Shiplake with Robinson Sherston and we are so glad we did.
We received sound advice from the outset and secured 11 viewings in the first 5 days of going on the market. This resulted in a number of proceedable offers, one of which was accepted and sailed through to completion.
Matt, Giles and Danielle were all brilliant, keeping us advised throughout and always available to us.
Robinson Sherston’s marketing reach is very wide, particularly in London which is where the buyers were from. They are definitely not an agent solely for the local market and we would recommend them highly to everyone.

Amazing agent! My property was marketed by 3 other agents without a sale, then I met Matt Mannall at Robinson Sherston. From the off he was incredible in every respect, he showed 3 people round and I had 2 excellent offers, he then managed the whole process with solicitors in a chain of 3 and 2 were dreadful. He very much sold the house and then made the sale happen, without him the sale would have fallen apart. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough. If you want to sell your house this is guy to do it. I have to say, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Matt Mannall. He goes over and beyond.... he managed to sell me a house that I would never have looked at because he read us and our needs as people as opposed to what we thought we wanted, I felt as though I woke up on holiday for the next 10yrs of owning the property!
