We own just one property which we rent through Roslea Properties, and their service for ourselves and our tenant are second to none. As we were owner occupier originally before renting to a tenant, we needed to get our house up to the standard expected of a rental property before we could even consider getting a tenant. We found Rachael to be patient, knowledgeable and courteous whenever we chatted throughout our process of moving out, decorating and all the endless phone calls of reassurance that we had done everything that was necessary. The house has had its fair share of issues during its (so far) short rental period since just before Christmas 2024, with leaks and heating problems, all which were handled as swiftly and efficiently as Rachael could organise with the workmen needed. Our tenant has been well informed by Rachael at all times and we have been kept in the loop too about every little detail. Our experience has been very positive and we have never had a single doubt in our minds that we have the best company for the job of managing and maintaining our house and our tenant. Rachael is very professional and approachable as our property manager, and if her own merits is anything to go by, the rest of the team are just as good. I recently changed the management of my property from DJ Alexander to Roslea Properties. The difference is incredible. Rachel and her staff deal with all issues swiftly. She has been incredibly proactive regarding some long term problems with the flat and with ensuring inspections and an inventory were undertaken despite my flat being occupied. I think she has done more for me and my flat in the 4 months she's been managing than DJ Alexander did in the previous 4 years. And at a much lower price.... Read more

Rachel at Roslea has managed a number of my properties for just over a year now. I have found her to be extremely reliable, professional and competent. Rachel prides herself on both maximising profits for the landlords, whilst also caring for the tenants. In both my properties in Glasgow she was able to secure +20% in rent fees than I had anticipated. Incredible gains and always there to address any household issues that the tenants have encountered.
