Given 2 business hours to pay a deposit for a rental. The request made by email at 3.15 pm. I paid the deposit and was told the flat would be taken off the market. Another email 6 days later to say flat was no longer available. The flat remained on the market the whole time and still is. Whilst I now have my deposit back this is not how to do business. For time critical and key communication phone calls are a minimum. I have requested for assurances that my personal information given as part of the guarantor application process have been deleted, I have not yet received those assurances.... Read more

Terrible communication. Was told after submitting an offer on a house I would be contacted later that day. I was not. Had to phone on several occasions to find out whether my offer had been accepted after seeing it under offer online. Had been told twice it was going to a closing date (which it did not). No effort made to contact me to discuss my offer or be given the opportunity to increase it. After finally getting someone over 24 hours later I was told they had “been busy”. Potentially missed out on ideal home for my family due to lack of communication... Read more
