Ross Hand are by far the best estate agents we have dealt with, and Robert and Kim are two of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of knowing. Starting the tenancy was smooth. Throughout the period of our tenancy, any issues were always promptly addressed by Robert and Kim (and the landlords). Overall, we are super impressed, and really appreciate their efforts to make our rental period a very satisfactory one. I recently had the displeasure of working with Robert as a real estate agent, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Throughout the entire purchasing process, Robert exhibited unprofessional behavior, prioritising his personal interests over the needs of the sellers he represented. One of the most concerning aspects of dealing with Robert was his tendency to make empty threats, almost like bluffs, in an attempt to manipulate the situation to his advantage. It became evident that he was more concerned about maximizing his commission than ensuring a fair and transparent transaction for all parties involved. Robert's demeanor was confrontational, selfish, and arrogant. His constant barrage of text messages on WhatsApp was not only unprofessional but also bordering on harassment. He blamed me for the delay in the process, conveniently ignoring the fact that crucial information, such as outstanding funds, necessary works of the property, and safety certificates, were deliberately being withheld by the seller's solicitors. To make matters worse, Robert attempted to shift the responsibility of obtaining the License to Assign onto me, despite it being the seller's obligation. This blatant attempt to pass on costs that were not my responsibility is a clear indication of his unethical and self-serving approach to the real estate business. Not only did Robert fail to uphold basic standards of professionalism by showing up to our first viewing in shorts, but Faith's performance during a subsequent viewing was equally disappointing. Despite being tasked with guiding me through the property, Faith couldn't get a single fact right. It was abundantly clear that she was completely clueless about the property, leaving me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. Overall, my experience with Robert was a complete disappointment. His unprofessionalism, threats, poor attire during the viewings and attempts to manipulate the situation for his benefit made the entire process unbearable. I would strongly advise anyone considering Robert as their real estate agent to think twice and explore other, more reliable and ethical options.... Read more

I purchased a property through Ross Hand and I have to say Robert certainly put the hours and effort in. It was a complicated purchase because of circumstances with the seller but I had a hunch Robert would be the on to pull it over the finish line and he did. He was always available and very professional. If I am buying, selling or renting a property in future Ross Hand would be my go to estate agent. In one word I was 'impressed'. Thank you Robert.... I first came across Ross Hand when I started looking to rent in Hampton Wick over 3 years ago. I met up with Robert initially who was very knowledgeable and professional. He was excellent at providing guidance on what was required to secure the tenancy. On deciding to make an offer for a property, Amber was extremely professional and polite in all matters paperwork. Suffice to say, they both made the whole process very straightforward. Three years later I cannot speak highly enough about how the whole rental period went with Ross Hand. Any issues, of which there were few, were dealt with very professionally. The check-out and deposit refund completely fair, seamless and expeditious. In summary, I have rarely come across a letting agent as professional, scrupulous and honest as Ross Hand. I would thoroughly recommend their services.... Read more

They have stolen my money from my deposit with the excuse the curtains and the carpets was with dust they contacted a cleaning company to clean them and then put the flat to rent again, all with my money! - fiona & Robert, you are all corrupt! that inventory is fake! there was not evidence on it to show such a things! i am pretty sure you did the same with the rest of the tenants, use their deposit money to clean carpets and curtains and putthe flat to rent back whitout spend a penny from your pocket! you discount my money from the deposit when it was protected it, as per Robert my money was in Ross & Hand acount and not with my deposit, scammers!...
