Perfecto para 3 adultos y 2 niños.
Perfecto para 2 adultos o si vas solo.
El lugar es muy seguro y limpio.
Recomendado para gente que tiene menos de 50años porque hay que subir escalera y cargar las maletas.

Our experience with the property manager, Sandy, was very disappointing. Important issues in the flat went unresolved for weeks. Communication from Sandy was slow and often left unanswered. The flat was also not properly cleaned on move-in. Overall, we would not recommend this management.

This is not the first time for us to use Hamptons Kingston.
As always, Zoe Groy and her team have been great looking after our sale.
Good communication and professional performance. I can’t recommend them highly enough, the whole process from start to finish has been smooth and professional.
Selling a property should be stressful but the whole process in our case has been stress free, always available to deal with questions and very prompt responses, everything explained along the way, and of course, also dealt with, fabulous, thank you so much.

My first experience of using the services of Air B&B so this was all new to me. Charlotte guided me through the whole process and made the experience a breeze. Great stay for big groups (up to 10 people – kids included, and they loved it!)
Perfectly located: just a 5-minute stroll to the underground, grocery stores, and a friendly pub — yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area.
The house itself is a gem: a grand living room with a big, comfy table and a glorious kitchen island that could host its own cooking show. Two (!) dishwashers — because who wants to argue about doing the dishes on holiday?
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom; one floor higher, 3 more bedrooms and another bathroom. Plus, there’s a third guest bathroom downstairs — no morning queues! Everything is spotless, modern, and well-equipped.
Communication with the owner was super quick and easy — friendly, helpful, and absolutely hassle-free!
We’d happily come back anytime — maybe even move in if they let us.

We stayed at this propriety as a group of friends and absolutely loved everything about it! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable.
The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, always available and helpful throughout our stay. The living room area is ideal for gathering and spending time together — a real highlight for us!
We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London.

Perfectly clean, gleaming white theme with extremely tall ceilings and windows to really optimize views for that "people watcher" in you! With the included kitchen and fridge, what a lovely experience slowly winding breakfasts are in this clean, cozy oasis!

Fueron excepcionales, estaban atentos en cada momento de nuestras necesidades, lo que me llamó la atención fue lo rápido que respondían, casi al minuto cosa que me encantó ! The place was immaculate in a most amazing location. The hosts were very readily helpful when my wife got locked out. We really enjoyed indoors when it was raining outside. great space to spend time with family. big dining table was the best thing for the family to eat and play board games. We enjoyed our stay at Charlotte’s very well appointed, modern flat. The location is tucked away in a quiet corner of a beautiful neighborhood and a short walk to so many things: a Tube stop with access to the Central and District Lines (perfect for touring), a short walk to majestic Kensington Palace and Gardens, and the convenience of local shops, eateries and entertainment. The flat is comfortable and has every possible modern amenity, making it easy to have a relaxing morning before touring or having dinner in the flat after a fun day. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals, supplied with tea, coffee, sugar, etc with brand new appliances, new kitchen supplies, and a very clean look and feel. We highly recommend the location and the great service that Charlotte, Matthew and team provided throughout.

Our stay at The Garden Apartment was wonderful from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is fantastic - right opposite Hyde Park, peaceful but just a short walk to High Street Kensington and Gloucester Road, with many great restaurants, bars and shops close by. Charlotte was an exceptional host - she was warm and welcoming, and made everything effortless, from clear communication before our arrival through to checking in with us throughout our stay in case we needed anything. We as a family with elderly relatives had a trip to London, and the property we stayed at was in a great position for us to be close to central London by Uber but out enough to be peaceful.
The hosts were fantastic from the start of booking and communication throughout of any questions I needed up to full information on how to enter the property on check in due to arriving late, making sure we were ok and had everything we needed the following day by message and if we did, they advised not to hesitate to ask!
It was reassuring and had answered just the one question I had in no time…
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone who requires to use and book with Charlotte and Matthew who I had dealings with!

We really appreciated how Charlotte and Matthew managed our recent short term stay in a Kensington apartment. Charlotte sent us clear illustrated instructions ahead of time for our self check in, and then kept in touch with us throughout. She responded to our questions straight away, and checked in with us over the stay. We stayed at Matthew and Charlotte’s place for 4 nights and our stay was prefect. The place was the perfect size for our family of 4. The house is cute, in a very quiet side street yet super close to Holland Park (the park and the tube), some great restaurants and the upscale Notting Hill neighborhood. Highly recommend 6 Portland Road for food which is right around the corner as well as the wine shop next to Nicolas. There are also a few bakeries right there for breakfast. We will gladly stay here again if we return to London and the place is available.

Le logement est très bien pour 6, la localisation est agréable : il y a un supermarché pas loin, pas mal de lignes de bus qui permettent de rejoindre chaque côté de Londres, l’appartement est grand, propre et avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Quelques rénovations sont à prévoir d’ici quelques mois pour entretenir l’appartement.

We recently stayed here while in London for a week and can’t say enough good things about the flat. If you love Kensington like we do you simply can’t beat the location. You can walk to restaurants, laundry services, a post office, and the the train stop is essentially right outside the door. The flat itself is very well taken care of and is easily one of the nicest we have ever stayed at (and we travel a good bit). The hosts are very responsive and helpful as well which makes a huge difference in the experience of staying at an Air BNB location. We will for sure be staying here again in the future.

My wife and daughter had an excellent stay here. The rooftop view with a glass of wine is wonderful and the hosts made an excellent experience for us by having everything tidy and ready. They helped us try to find parking and offered luggage storage to make the experience of travelling within London that much easier. We really enjoyed Matthew and Charlotte’s apartment. Location is excellent in a beautiful neighborhood in London. Short walk to metro to get you anywhere you need to go in London. The beautiful Holland Park is across the street with a great children’s park. Also, the deck off the apartment was nice as we had really great weather and were able to enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommend. The place was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is busy but not loud (always lots of people about, so it felt as safe as anyplace can be). It is super close to the underground, so easy to get anywhere. Communications were super-helpful throughout our stay - standard/automated emails made finding the place and getting inside simple, we always knew what to expect. Also, they were quick to respond with special requests. We came for the BST Festival - the walk to/from Hyde Park (because: tons of people) was under 2 miles either way (non-Americans can do their own conversion to km) and easily manageable.

Right from a super responsive host who sent over precise instructions to the place being exactly as we expected, it was everything we hoped for in the London leg of our trip. Biggest pluses apart from a spotless apartment - The in-unit laundry & dishwasher, and the proximity (5-7 min walk) to the tube station. Air conditioning was a bonus (we barely used it but just knowing it was there.

The Kensington Urban escape is a great place, clean, practical, and well-equipped. What a wonderful experience!! We were looking for a property for 7 for our trip to see Beyonce, and this unit exceeded our expectations. We were a quick 5 minutes (slow walker) walk from one tube station, and maybe 10-15 from another, and a 15-20 minute walk to Portobello Road...15 minute walk to the hop on hop off....and maybe 45 minutes from the airport - maybe....everything was very nicely appointed in the unit, the hosts were very responsive when we encountered hiccups...follow all instructions closely and you will be in great shape...Thank you, Thank you!!!

We enjoyed Holland Park and walking to Notting Hill and Kensington, with all of London a short time ride away. The apartment was recently renovated to a high standard. Matthew and Charlotte were always responsive.
The apartment was spacious, well finished and furnished in light and neutral colors, though consequently was showing some signs of use. All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to use Sanderson's again!

So glad we chose Charlotte and Matt’s flat for our first family vacation in London. The location is absolutely ideal near the Gloucester Road underground stop, giving you easy access to the entire city. The Museum of Natural History, Victoria & Albert Museum and west side of Hyde Park are all an easy 10 minute walk. The surrounding area felt safe even at night. Some other guests have commented on traffic noise, but I didn’t find that to be an issue at all. The flat is exactly as described and even prettier than the pics in the listing, with plenty of room for our family of 3. The couch doubles as a pull out bed which worked just fine for our teenage son. The air conditioning works great and was nice to come home to after a long day of sightseeing in the June heat. And having a washer and dryer in the flat was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

We loved our three night stay at Matthew and Charlotte’s flat in Chelsea. The neighborhood is charming and also convenient. The flat is a block or two from Kings Road, across the street from Sainsbury’s, easy access to the tube - we mostly used Sloane Sq. b/c the walk to the station was so pleasant. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and loved wandering around the neighborhood after dinner. As other reviews mentioned the space is on the cozy side (we were two adults and two children ages 11 and 10). Kids shared the sofa which was tight for them but manageable. The Piccadilly line happened to be down for maintenance when we arrived at LHR so took an uber to the flat which cost 45 pounds. Easy check in/check out. Great hosts. Would definitely return here for another stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Westbourne Gardens. The apartment was in a great safe location with lots of great cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. The apartment is stylish and very modern. It was perfect for our family of four (2 adults & 2 boys aged 10 and 14). Our great hosts Matthew and Charlotte were very helpful with questions and recommendations. Very easy to get around London and it was a real treat to be so close to Kensington Park and palace. We had a great visit to London with our family and this wonderful spot in Notting Hill was the perfect home base to do it from. On a quiet street near the tube and close to a lot of great dining and pub options and also close enough to walk to Kensington gardens and Hyde park. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable with enough room for the five of us to spread out and relax after long days of walking. I highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful place to be on Portobello Rd! From the clean and modern look of the place, ease of instructions, to the lively atmosphere of the area it made our stay very enjoyable. Oh and so many places at the ready as you step out the door.
The apartment worked very well for our family.
Felt at home and plenty of space with two teenagers. Loved opening the living room window and listening to the chatter of the town. The bed was comfortable. Linen was clean. Even the sofa bed got positive comments from my daughter. Water pressure was amazing at the end of a long day exploring the city. We would definitely book this place again when we return to the London. Til next time!

An incredible place to hang your hat whilst in London. We stayed at Matthew and Charlotte’s flat for four nights and couldn’t have been happier with it.
We arrived late in the city (10pm) and so we were a little anxious about what we’d find when we opened the doors. The check in instructions that were sent to us in advance made that part seamless… and it was so wonderful to walk into this incredibly clean and peaceful apartment at the end of a long travel day.
The kitchen is very functional and perfectly laid out, the living spaces are very comfortable, the bedroom and bathrooms spotless.
We feel very lucky with having found this apartment and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Kensington area.

Wonderful stay at Matthew’s property this week. The location was ideal and just a block from the tube station, with many shops, restaurants, and museums all right there and close by. The space itself was light and airy and well laid out, while also being easy to access with all of our luggage. Our kids loved it as well, utilizing the foldout couch for bed. Our stay was the perfect touch to our holiday in London. The flat was extremely clean and beautiful. The amenities were luxurious and family friendly. The beds and showers rejuvenated us everyday after hours of being out and about on our feet. Matthew was so responsive to all of my questions and needs and accommodated some special requests. The location was also convenient to portobello road market and some other gems for eating and drinking. The best part was the security of the entire complex, making it extra safe (even though the neighborhood was perfectly safe also). I hope I get to stay here when we are in town again!

Simply the best in business. As a developer and a landlord with a number of residential properties across London, I initially met Charlotte as a tenant during her tenure at her previous agency. Upon meeting her, I was very impressed by her professionalism and ability to promptly address any issues that I flagged up during my tenancy. While disappointed to learn that she had been recruited by Sandersons and would no longer be managing the property I resided in, it served as a testament Matthew’s knack for identifying talent and his commitment to building a professional team around him – so I took note of this.
Fast forward a few months, we have successfully completed a development project consisting of 5 flats in the W11 area. Having historically mostly dealt with an agency which is considered to be one of the top in the country as well as globally, we initially intended to engage them on a sole basis for marketing the flats with the view to let them out.
However, given how impressed I was with Charlotte, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a conversation with Sandersons and consider them also. Subsequent to Sandersons’ team attending the property and making a very good first impression, we have decided to list the flat via dual listing with both our previous estate agency and Sandersons.
My general belief before engaging Sandersons was that it really does not matter what estate agency markets the property - the reasoning behind it being that the prospective tenants access the same web portals to conduct their search. I was incorrect in this belief. Sandersons’ letting team led by Anna have managed to find tenants for 5 out of 5 flats in a brief stint the flats were on the market.
I am yet to be able to explain to myself how they have managed to achieve this, however the result speaks for itself. They really do care about their clients across both ends of the market and I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.

AVOID SANDERSONS AT ALL COSTS! See bullet points below as I’ve wasted so much of my time with this company already …
Damp flat, blamed on condensation when in fact it was rising damp we even had slugs coming through the timber floor boards during winter months / minor works were carried out by their odd job man who arrived on numerous occasions without sufficient equipment and were left with exposed plaster walls for month, not painted. Landlord finally agreed to carry out necessary work by injecting the walls with DPC injection treatment towards the end of our tenancy which is a 5 min’ job, why this couldn’t have been addressed at the start of our tenancy is beyond me / attempted revenge eviction, I had to engage a solicitor which cost over £1,000 which was ignored by agent completely, my solicitor even called the office to follow up. I had to physically go into the estate agents for an update / unhelpful and illiterate emails by Louise / falsely charged for call out fee for a fridge repair within weeks of moving in, said they would take amount from my deposit which didn’t actually transpire in all fairness they probably forgot with their lack of organisation / funnily enough bumped into the owner at a local pub with his dog. I knew who he was but he didn’t know who I was, told me he had a new child and wasn’t getting any sleep which explains a lot / Worse ran estate agents I have ever come across in the UK. Rent was paid on time, we looked after the property yet received nothing but a nightmare in return, AVOID SANDERSONS AT ALL COSTS.

Im gonna change my review because it seems no one is gonna answer my queries regarding the unpaid bill for thames water (which i was not liable for under the tenancy agreement) … I've asked them from the beginning of the year to sort the bill, which they kept on promising they will.
Ive now started receiving mail from debt collector agency for the past 2 months; I've contacted Sandersons (through mail and text) and they said they will sort it a few times, and now im not even getting answers anymore.
Like i really cant comprehend how you’ve managed to drag a 400£ bill to be left unpaid for this past year.

I have lived in 6 different houses in the past 4 years because I travel a lot, and Sandersons was by far the WORST experience I have had with an agency.
As you see on the first picture, there is in a huge whole in our kitchen sealing cause by a pipe breakage. It has been like this for more then 1 month and the Agency has either ignored our emails/calls about it, or they have simply told us that someone was coming to fix it "tomorrow". And it NEVER happened.
As you see on my second picture, that is the beautiful garden that was supposedly "currently getting renovated". That is what the agent that made me visite the house told me. I have not seen anyone coming to fix the garden, and the agency does not think it is necessary because it is "not yet warm enough to hangout outside". I did not know I needed their permission to go in my own garden.
Furthermore, one of the toilets does not have a lid and is running, there is a leak in the kitchen drain pipe, a radiator is leaking, and a shower does not have enough pressure to use it.
And once again the Agency has been promising to send someone "tomorrow" about all of theses issues for months.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, and i wish someone had told me this before I signed my contract with them.

Overall good service. Particularly helpful were Sonja in helping me find a nice flat in Notting Hill arrange the tenancy and Natasha for sorting things out at the end of the tenancy.
However, I am only giving 2 stars because one of the estate agents was very rude to me when showing the flat to viewers. He showed littlerespect for the fact that I was still living there and working from home whilst he showed a viewer around the flat.

Sandersons have been really good with us. Ledian was very professional with us from the start and was able to help us in our circumanstances.
Furthermore, just recently our washing machine had failed and had send them an email regarding this. In less than a week we had a new washing machine fully installed. The same happened with our reasonably old fridge as it was leaking and became very rusty and unhealthy. They fixed the matter as soon as we flagged it.
As tenants, I would highly recommend Sandersons. They have looked after us and are always very professional when dealing with our requests.

I had to trigger the early termination clause, to coincide with a move out date that was two and a half years into a three-year contract (due to emigration to the USA).
I gave Sandersons ONE YEAR heads up on my general intention to do this, and three months heads up on my precise move out date. Sandersons did not advertise the listing until after I had moved out, and then took one month to inform me that the landlord had decided to undertake renovations to the property. These renovations took almost four months to conclude and for a new tenant to move into the property. Meanwhile I was on the hook for paying the rent in full during this period.
All of the above is not the main reason for the one star rating however. I give them this rating for being non-responsive about questions regarding the return of my deposit WEEKS after a new tenant had moved in. In the end I contacted the landlord directly, with whom I reached an amicable and fair agreement on the matter. He was as disappointed as I was with Sandersons.

When looking to move across town from South-East to West London we came across a flat Sandersons were letting. Upon viewing we met Ledian who was friendly, patient and most importantly honest. It's not often you get to say that about an estate agent - particularly in London! Since moving into their flat he's continued to be there for anything we need and we're extremely happy to have them managing the property. As a company they are on the ball and any concerns are dealt with quickly and professionally. And if the boss is reading it - give Ledian a pay rise/promotion!

The Sandersons team was recommended to me by a friend who had just used them to help her find a flat. Since Day 1 my experience working with Ledian Kuci and Laura Simmonds has been nothing but stress fee and efficient. The level of detail and service they provide is more comprehensive than that received from larger letting agencies. They are always quick to respond to queries or requests and I have recommended them to a number of my friends.

Avoid the house at 74 St. Helens Gardens. The landlord and the agency are in breach of the repairing obligations. Just one example, the pipes of the boiler in the upper floor has exploded in June and the water was off for a week ! (image attached) Washing machine is leaking and dryer is out of service. This is just a small part of all problems.

Also during our viewing my to-be-housemate actually showed up late but Ledian stayed until he arrived and was super friendly showing us around. I approached Sandersons after facing slight difficulties with other agents in the area. I must admit, I was not disappointed. I was assisted by Sonja, who seemed attentive and understanding of my requirements. I was shown a number of properties that matched my exact criteria within my own time constraints. I feel that I was not pressured or treated simply like a client. The agent was amicable yet professional, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her. The difference between this agent and a number in the area I found, is the personal service provided. Terrible service. They were asked to rent my flat out which was completely empty in a prime location. In two months, they have had two viewings. They never got back to me about the bookings, I had to ring them and often they didn't know what was going on. One estate agent was even late to a booking and asked me to turn up for him because he was late. Every time I ask who is dealing with my property they didn't know and every time I spoke to somebody different to whom I had to explain my whole situation too again. Not once did I get a call back from them even when I spoke to the 'manager'. Terrible service would strongly advise anybody from using their services.

I tried calling several times for valuation to be done, someone with a foreign accent took my details and I still haven't heard back... My husband has also tried to book a viewing for a new apartment which came online. Always having trouble getting us in and always with a exotic excuse- I think the listing doesn't even exist! I asked Sandersons to advise on rent for my flat, a 5 minute walk from their office, with a view to them acting as letting agent. After 6 days they had not picked up the keys which were available on the way to the flat. Two calls to the man I dealt with were disregarded, as was a call to the senior person in the office. I would not seek to use them again.
