10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I was previously a tenant in Palace Court and Foxtons were the managing agent and were good. When it came to selling my apartment, they were my first port of call. I had a valuation booked with Chuck and received email confirmation of the appointment. He never turned up and never bothered to respond to my emails asking whether he was coming. I decided to sell with Cluttons Hyde Park and sold my flat to the first viewer before it even went to market. I had such a poor experience of Foxtons and would never recommend them now.

And despite of dealing with complicated circumstances like changing Tenancy laws etc he helped us see the process through to a successful outcome. All along very pro active and professional handling of all elements of the transaction. I will highly recommend Stuart and Domus Nova to anyone looking for the highest standards of execution. 4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.

After contacting all of the bigger agencies it was Wilfords who really just blew us away at every touch point. Special shoutout to Henry who did absolutely everything he could to get us the house of our dreams, never messing a call or text. When you’re paying a lot for a nice property in an expensive city, you expect the letting service to be luxury too, and it’s the smaller agencies that seem to be the only ones to get it right.- 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Although we ended up taking a different property in the end in a different area of town, I was really impressed with the service from Strutt and Parker Notting Hill. Sam really went over and above for us, and was really patient while we were delayed with lots of viewings in one day. He was so professional and knowledgable, understanding and communicative, and didn’t pressure us in any way which you get with some agents. If we ever need to move again will definitely be looking up the agency again.
