4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I have been very impressed with the professionalism of David Webber in the Marsh & Parsons Kensington Office. We had a stringent list of requirements, two bedrooms, close to a major park, (Kensington Gardens that is), and the tricky part- a flat that would allow our small dog. We also wanted a Concierge as we travel quite a bit. Also, add on a lift! David was relentless in searching out a flat for us that met these requirements. Not only did he find one for us, he did it with professionalism, enthusiasm, and to top it off, he is an incredibly nice guy and his genuineness shines through. I highly recommend contacting David Webber for your Real Estate needs! Thank you David!- 29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)Thank you so much to one of the best staff in Marsh and Parsons! Thanks to Billy to support me every time to find a great place were to live ! Thanks Billy! ???????

7th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)Dear Jake. Thank you for your service! Perfect and very professional! ???????????? Rostislav and Lukas
24th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.- 20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Sam Bookman is honestly the best agent. He was incredible in helping me with my flat and really listened to what I wanted, making everything feel tailored to me. He was so lovely and easy to get hold of whenever I had a question, which made the whole move so much less stressful. I felt really looked after, and he made everything so easy for me. I’m so happy with my flat and can’t thank him enough
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had an absolutely seamless and easy rental experience. As a first time renter in London, my experience with Nathan Andrews Estates was 10/10. Koyer, our agent contact was exceptional in helping us. He was available for calls/messages/queries and always got back within the hour. The agency handled all rental/ referencing documents really well and followed up where necessary. Definitely recommend the agency to anyone looking for houses in London!- 7th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Achieved really good price. Very happy
25th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!
