I purchased a BTL investment property through Saxon Kings in 2014 and then had it let and fully managed with them once my purchase had gone through. They have managed the property for many years and have helped me resolve many issues for which i'm extremely grateful as my own lifestyle means time is of a premium. On a couple of occasions I was out of the country on business and the team were able to respond and also fix emergency repair work when i was non-contactable. I was extremely grateful for this as the issues needed immediate weekend attention. I have always had a quick response and excellent customer service along with great tenants as a result of their professionalism. There have been occassions where I have called upon their expertise with other contacts for medium scale work such as the installation of an electrical boiler/heating and also handyman activities. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services or buying through them and then using their management service for another BTL property in the future.

Saxon Kings is the best estate agents I have dealt with, and I have spoken to many! From the beginning they have been so helpful. Evie is amazing, she helped us find our new home, always answered our questions and helped us find something that suited our needs. Evie was never pushy, just wanted to help us.

Can't help but to leave this review as had no real support from them on my checkout. Its hard to leave on good terms with any agent but I have been seriously let down by their team. We booked a checkout date that was not complied by the company they used. Then the landlord tried to take all our deposit money to "replace a countertop because it has a cup mark on it". Had to go thru the dispute channels to get justice done.

After undertaking Saxon King's Electrical works since late 2019 i can safely say that Sarah & her team are incredibly professional, thorough and work to a very high standard.
Tenants always speak highly of the team at Saxon Kings as do Landlords. Sarah will always find a positive route to work round any issues her clients may have. In the process all parties involved will be kept informed allowing for a smooth ,stress free process.

Sarah and her team are the ultra professionals of the sales and letting world. We undertake their heating and plumbing works and we regularly hear from tenants when we call to make the appointment "Oh we only told them just now". They get onto any issues tenants have straight away which as we all know, Happy tenant = happy landlord/lady!! They don't just spend landlords/ladies money loosely though. If they can show the tenant how to top the pressure up for example to save a call out they will do so. If you are a landlord/lady and looking for an agent, STOP LOOKING and call Sarah now!

I have never been more impressed with an estate agency. I put my house on the market outside of the London area. I chose to use Saxon Kings as well as a local agency to maximise the chance of selling the property. Saxon Kings sold the house before the local firm managed to send any viewers around!!! The service was efficient, clear, fair, professional and friendly. It’s very clear that Saxon Kings care deeply about their clients and go above and beyond to ensure every detail is attended to. I thought selling the house would be a stressful experience- and it was when I used the other agency- but with Saxon Kings, it was a doddle. I have since gone on to recommend Saxon Kings to family and friends who have also used their services and had the same fantastic experience. Thank you.
