Well our experience was wonderful. we were aware that we needed to move to somewhere smaller. Had our house valued, nice gent, We agreed there and then that we use Scoffield Stone, we trusted this guy! why? He knew a lot about the area, and the price that we could expect to get. We did not want to put it on the market immediately. We asked him to take the photos, so when we were ready to go to market everything would be in place. Three weeks later on Monday 9th June we agreed to put it on the market . that was in the morning, afternoon had a phone call saying someone had seen it on the web and wanted to see the house. I agreed to Wednesday afternoon for a viewing at 3.30. All sold by 5.30 that day.
What can i say, he priced it right, found the right people no messing. Since then the office has kept us up to date with changes when and if they happened. as far as i am concerned they have been brilliant.

I'd definitely recommend this company. Communication was excellent with keeping me up to date with viewings, feedback and negotiations. The valuation was spot on and I got my asking price. Lovely team and Paul really knows his stuff.
