Signed a deal and when I went in to collect the paperwork the next day they had a deal that would have been a thousand pounds cheaper and they just laughed when I said why didn't you wait a day to sign the paperwork?? Also, the communication is non-existent and an absolute abomination. First for sale sign looked like it had been shot at The pictures were good but the house sold itself went on second viewing.
And in reply to Jason's reply. There were not numerous sales progression calls, communication as per my post above was scant, you ignored my email asking for assistance in buying an onward property till I chased by phone. Your colleague was very sheepish when I pointed out the deal which was not available until the day after I signed my contract and was never mentioned previously.

We have just bought our 1st property which was being sold by Secure My Sale and even though we were the Buyers, we were thoroughly impressed by the way the sale was conducted by this Estate Agent.
Our main contact was Mitchell, who was amazing throughout the process. Whether he was answering our questions, giving us updates or even sometimes a nudge to ensure paperwork had been submitted, he was professional and friendly which made the whole process that bit easier.
