We found Seymours to be very good at communicating with us. However, we had very little viewing activity and one of the viewers we had, stated that they wanted to live in a different area, prior to the viewing, which was for us a waste of time.
Unlike most estate agents, the client pays for the photographs of the property and the financial check upfront. So if you don't sell your property like us you lose £250. It only gets refunded when you sell your property, which did surprise us initially.
However, eventhough they did not manage to sell our property, we found the overall experience to be a positive one.

Our experience in selling our house with Seymour’s in Grayshott was nothing short of exceptional. They tower over the competition. The moment we met James, Sarah, and Darren, we knew we were in capable hands.
Firstly, communication was a breeze – James messaged using WhatsApp which worked really well for us. He often messaged out of hours, proving that he was working hard for his clients and the business. For all the beautiful houses they must see, the team made us feel that ours was special - which to us, it was. James was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, giving solid advice when needed.
Once James had secured a sale, we were handed over to Sarah who looked after us throughout the sale process, which in our case involved a chain of 5. There were problems further down the chain which caused us a lot of stress, but Sarah was very efficient, constantly chasing everyone that needed to be chased, and staying in touch with any bit of news. She was empathetic, reassuring and capable throughout. Even our vendor’s estate agent was singing her praises.
In conclusion, if you're looking for an agent who (literally!) stands head and shoulders above the rest; one with integrity, honesty and transparency in bucketloads, then look no further than Seymour’s. We always felt that Seymour’s had our best interests at heart.

Highly recommend Seymours in Grayshott. I’ve know Darren since secondary school, and clearly he has learnt a thing or two in the last 35 years about negotiating between buyers and sellers.!
He understood our requirements for a new house and guided us on a handful of viewings before focusing our attention on one particular property that he knew would be suitable. He fast tracked a first and second viewing before exchanging emails on a Sunday so that we could be ready to make an offer on a Monday.
With some power of persuasion he managed to get our offer accepted and we then sped through to completion within 8 weeks. He was always balancing the benefits of the sale between vendor and buyer, and never favoured one over the other, just making sure that a fair deal was struck for both parties.
Always making himself available to subsequent viewings for tradespeople during the interim period, we were able to prepare renovations in advance of moving in.
Choose these Estate Agents if you want a very high level of care and service.

Dealing with two house moves at the same time was a very long and stressful process, through no fault of their own, but I couldn’t fault the way they handled everything. They kept me as calm as possible and feeling positive throughout by phone calls or emails most days to keep me up to date with what was going on. The agent that we were buying our house through was rather below par and frustrating to deal with. I recently sold my house with this amazing team and had James specifically as my estate agent. I couldn't recommend them any more, they were all so attentive, encouraging with the sale and made sure I was up to date the whole process and took a massive weight off of my shoulders.
They were very fair as estate agents and made me feel completely at ease knowing my childhood home was being sold with care.
James was extremely on the ball throughout the whole sale, there was no question too silly for him to help me with, which was extremely reassuring for me as a first time seller and buyer.
I am absolutely over the moon that the whole process was made as easy and smooth as possible, and I felt no pressure throughout.
Their knowledge is impeccable and unmatched, and although I did not purchase my house locally, I would not have hesitated to stay with this team if I did.

Just an incredible team. We had the pleasure of having the team sell our house in Hindhead and set them the impossible challenge of finding us our dream home within a 5 mile radius. Magic was performed and as a family, we are over the moon with our forever home and cannot thank James and everyone within the team enough.
