Haven't officially let a property through Seymours, but based on our first impression of Seymours, having three viewings cancelled after having travelled two hours to visit Guildford, was not great. We weren't notified over text, or email (our original contact method), apparently we were called. A colleague said the lettings agent was "on their way"... after 20 minutes we called again, spoke with the lettings agent who said she previously cancelled the viewings due to the tenants not being amicable to letting us view the properties. Either way, a miserable experience of which I will not be letting with.

I had an excellent experience with Seymour’s estate agency from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer questions and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. We bought a house from Seymours. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process which was somewhat tortuous due to the last person in the chain. They worked very hard to keep everything going and ending successfully

The team was very enthusiastic about selling our property. We had many viewings. They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.
