Jamie supported us during the early stages of our purchase and was incredibly helpful throughout. He was always responsive, reassuring, and took the time to guide us through the process, which made a big difference at what can be quite a stressful time.
Clare helped us during the later stages and did a great job coordinating communication with the sellers and keeping the process moving. She was proactive in following up on both sides and clearly worked hard to help progress things as smoothly as possible.

Each and every member of the team go over and above the calls of duty to make your house move as smooth as possible. We felt totally supported every step of the way, where they intervened to address any issues that arose throughout four months, from the beginning to the end.

Well well well, what a journey I have had with Seymour’s Walton on Thames.
I won’t go into too much detail but let’s say it was longer than your average sale / purchase. The time it took was no fault of anyone’s, it was just my flat was more on the smaller side, which would always be a hard sale within the current market.
Seymores took on the flat with a determination to sell it & they did (we had lost all hope) They then helped us find our new home which ticked all of our boxes.
We’ve been dealing with them for the best part of a year and I can honestly say every time I spoke with them they never lost patience or professionalism (as much as I did at points)
From our first meeting with Dan, endless phone calls with Jamie, James & James number 2 (or Jamie number 2), viewings with the lovely blonde lady (forgotten her name sorry) & our sales progression with Claire & Sam they were always happy to help and always so professional.
Claire has been wonderful & is a lady who like to get the job done (which we loved)
Thanks to all of the team for all of your help & efforts. I honestly lost all hope at one point but you got us there !

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Seymours Walton-on-Thames. They are great at the sales pitch, but once you’ve signed up, the original team disappears and you’re handed over to a sales progressor, with little to no communication from the people you first dealt with.
Our house move fell through on the original agreed completion date, and when we decided to change agents, their behaviour was shocking. Instead of acting professionally, they became passive-aggressive and harassed us with 13 calls in just one afternoon, begging us not to leave them.
Even worse, they told one of their clients that our sale had fallen through and encouraged them to make an offer on the very property we were already under offer on. This was a huge breach of trust and completely unacceptable.
Their customer service was appalling from start to finish, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using Seymours Walton-on-Thames.

A complete professional but also friendly and warm, he gave us regular updates, stayed on top of the process and gave us guidance throughout.
When our first buyer pulled out he worked hard to not only find us a wonderful new buyer, but he secured us the asking price.
Louie was also an invaluable support to us when we were negotiating offers on our own purchase elsewhere- he didn't have to but he supported us with potential strategies and helped us to think about how to approach the negotiations.

What a great experience we had selling our house with Seymours! - after having little success/viewings with a different agent, we decided to give Seymours a chance and they arranged an open day with over 10 viewings in one day which resulted in 3 offers!
The whole team were very motivated/enthusiastic and friendly but we were particularly impressed with Louie who helped us throughout the process. He had great professional advice as well as being very friendly and seemed to really care about helping us! His communication was brilliant and was always at the end of the phone when needed.
Although we didn’t end up purchasing our new house through Seymours, Louie was by far the best agent (across all estate agents) at recommending houses for us to view even before they went on the market! He really took the time to understand our needs/requirements.
Once our house went under offer we were passed onto Andie at Seymours (a sales progressor) who was fantastic!! She really helped during the often stressful phase of selling a house. She liaised with everyone involved and kept us very well informed with updates and progress.

Avoid at All Costs - Unprofessional and Unreliable
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Seymour’s in Walton. After booking a house viewing with their agent, I arrived at the property only to find out that the agent had not even confirmed the appointment. When I called the agency to clarify, they initially tried to claim that I had never contacted them, which was absolutely untrue. Eventually, they admitted that there was already an offer on the house, making my trip completely pointless. This level of disorganization and dishonesty is unacceptable.
If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine how they conduct the rest of their business. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agency. They clearly have no respect for their clients or the industry. Don’t waste your time with them!

Ok, Jamie and the team at Seymours sold our house for us.
Our story is a long one, having gone up for sale at a terrible time for the market when mortgages weren't just getting more expensive, but were being pulled from the market. Thankfully, that's all irrelevant for the purposes of this review.
We first met Jamie as he knocked at our front door to see if he could help us - a demonstration of his pro-activity and drive that continued throughout our time with him.
Jamie and the team were polite, friendly, helpful and professional throughout. What we really appreciated (that we had not had from a different estate agency) was the communication - clear feedback after any viewing, and regular updates to respond to current market conditions.
Of course there are lots of things that you expect an agent to do - photos etc, the difference was the professionalism that Seymours provided. The professional photos were so nice that they made me want to stay in the house I was putting up for sale!
Jamie was also very clear that he was working for my best interests. Of course, lots of agents may say all the right and nice things, but it's numbers and evidence that do the real talking.
Jamie and his team can stand by those numbers and evidence - securing a quality buyer and achieving full-asking price for us.
I would certainly recommend Jamie and his team at Seymours to anybody who needs a good quality, and ultimately - nice to work with - team of estate agents.

We have a small portfolio of properties and have worked closely with Jamie at Seymours for a number of years having instructed them to look after all our letting and management.
We have found Jamie to be professional and proactive in ensuring our properties are well let to reliable tenants, and whether markets are stable or volatile Jamie has maintained a level head in advising the best course of action for us.

We received a great service from Mike at Seymour’s. He was happy to answer any questions we had or to go back to the seller to ask specific questions. We always received a call the next day after a viewing to discuss our thoughts which was certainly a positive experience for us. He was polite and extremely welcoming. Compared to experiences we had with other local estate agents we certainly would recommend Seymour’s.
