Good, honest initial valuation. They listened to what we wanted and advised us accurately. The staff who undertook the viewings were excellent and very professional. They were absoluely lovely to work with. We got good, immediate feedback from the viewings. I would happily use Shortland Horne - Walsgrave again without a second thought and would happily recommend them.

I used Shortland Horne's Wyken (Forum) office to sell a probate house in Coventry. This was potentially a difficult sale due to the fact I don't live anywhere near Coventry. I found Richard, Sue and the entire team to be simply superb. Every phone call to them was answered and dealt with almost instantly. Every letter was promptly sent. I was kept fully informed at all stages. Not surprisingly - the house sold quickly and achieved a good price. Excellent work!
