29th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)I have recently sold my house with Elite Residential and I can recommend their services to anyone. The two representatives Linda and Phil, were truly excellent. An Open day was arranged at the earliest opportunity, which turned out to be a Saturday. We had 10 viewers, which led to 3 offers, with one being accepted. Thereafter I was kept informed of what was going on, and the process went smoothly until completion which took just over 6 weeks. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Richard who came to do the valuation was on time, very personable, had a good knowledge of the area, and valued the property correctly. I have been kept fully up to date by email, message and phone calls at every stage from day one. I would highly recommend this estate agent. Excellent from start to finish.

26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)I’ve had a great experience dealing with Satpal. He is always quick to respond and very helpful whenever any issues arise. I recently had some problems with a neighbouring property and Satpal was quick to liaise with the landlady to find a solution. Both he and his colleague Sanjay are always professional. I would definitely recommend Belvoir.
