They run a scam where they charge you for cleaning fees when you move out as a tennent in their properties. We left the property spotless but they tried to charge us 300 pounds for 10 hours of cleaning which we argued through the deposit scheme and had it fully refunded. The adjudicator said the property was never professionally cleaned before we moved in so we shouldnt have to pay for it to be cleaned when moving out.
If I had to guess they have a relationship with Monicas cleaning services who kick them fake invoices for cleaning carried out, just my view i have no evidence for this.

We bought our first house and Neil from Signature Estates was handling the deal from the sellers' side. Despite a few hiccups around mortgage and valuations on the way, he made sure the process goes smoothly. He was prompt in following-up and answering any queries from us. We are very happy with the services provided by Signature Estates and highly recommend them.

Do not trust this agent! Firstly they sent some novice called Lesley to value my mother’s home who said it was worth £750,000 and that's what they proceeded to initially market it for, in fact it was worth less than £600,000! All you had to do was look online to see how far off the mark they were but you see they will tell you anything you want to hear to tie you into a contract….
Tom from Signature then came and conned my mother into signing a 16-week contract at a ridiculous sale fee saying he would get it sold by last Christmas but at the end of the 16 weeks (March) we hadn’t even had a single viewing. After a couple of weeks, we realised they were not honest and just didn’t care and were not motivated to sell our home at all. They then threatened my 60-year-old mother with legal action if we choose to work with another agent referring to the contract they conned my mother to sign and then refused to renegotiate fair terms when I got involved to help my mother out the mess Signature had created.
If I could have given 0 stars I would have! Please note the little amount of reviews on here and read into that what you will ….
I strongly suggest you think twice about working with this agent as I’m positive you will regret it, if you want it done properly, honestly & fairly then give Mulberries from Hemel Hempstead a call instead you wont regret it.

We have just sold and bought with Signature and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They marketed our house fabulously with great photos and ensured it sold quickly so that we could then buy the house we had set our sights on. Definitely recommend … much better than other agencies we have used in the past, no chasing required with Signature, they are always in regular communication and really work hard to help you achieve a sale or purchase.

We have just completed on the property we have brought though Signature Estate agents in Bovingdon. Throughout the process they have been so so helpful, both Julie and Tom have made purchase a lot less stress by being in contact with us regularly, they’re advice, support and knowledge is outstanding and helping with multiple issues with our solicitor regularly!
We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, approachable and professional estate agent that will go above and beyond to help. Thankyou, we really appreciate the hard work you put in for us especially all the forwards and backwards to help get us completed.
