They run a scam where they charge you for cleaning fees when you move out as a tennent in their properties. We left the property spotless but they tried to charge us 300 pounds for 10 hours of cleaning which we argued through the deposit scheme and had it fully refunded. The adjudicator said the property was never professionally cleaned before we moved in so we shouldnt have to pay for it to be cleaned when moving out. If I had to guess they have a relationship with Monicas cleaning services who kick them fake invoices for cleaning carried out, just my view i have no evidence for this.... Read more
