I cannot stress enough how incredible Simpson and Hall are. We had such a tricky journey selling our house and every time we had an issue, Amy worked to overcome it with ease and assured us everything would work out! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they work so incredibly hard to do everything they can to get things sorted. They are also just such lovely people, which makes a stressful process that much easier.
We wouldn't ever sell with anyone else now, they have set the standard so high!
If you're thinking of using them... do it!

When myself and my partner found our ideal home Richard and Amy were quick to get us a viewing as quickly as possible, even though it has an open house a week later. From start to finish they kept us in the loop and kept us updated as what was going on (we are first time buyers so probably needed more help than most). Five weeks after the initial after the initial offer we completed thanks to their hard work. Highly recommend

Fantastic estate agents. I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive team as a first time buyer.

I have used Richard numerous times in the past and he never fails to deliver an exceptional service, puts together brilliant listings for our houses and has sold them extremely quickly too.
Would highly recommend him over all the other we have tried in the past too. I like that he delivers the whole service, valuation, takes his time to get honest and excellent property photos and puts together a great listing. His virtual tours are an added bonus too. He's also excellent when you're on the buying end of a property he is selling.

Richard enabled us to achieve our dream home. His dedication, expertise, honesty, support and approachable nature took us every step of the journey through a complicated process. He could have easily talked us into a house that ultimately wasn't right for us, but his professionalism shone through, even though that meant losing a sale! in todays world that is a rare thing indeed.
