We cannot thank Simpson & Hall Estate Agents enough, especially Amy, for everything she did to get us into our dream home.<br><br>Our sale was part of a chain of five, and at one point it nearly collapsed due to incorrect information from a buyer’s solicitor further down the chain. While the other agents seemed to have no idea what was happening, Amy took control of the entire situation. She kept our buyer, their buyer, and everyone involved in the chain fully informed, constantly chasing updates and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.<br><br>If it wasn’t for Amy’s dedication and communication, we genuinely don’t believe we would be in our dream home today.<br><br>To top it all off, Simpson & Hall sold our house within just two weeks of it going on the market. From start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble. We never felt like we were being sold unnecessary extras, unlike with so many larger corporate estate agents. We recently purchased our new house through Simpson and Hall and cannot recommend them enough. Richard showed us around the property a number of times during which he was very professional whilst allowing us space and was never pushy on the sale. After our offer was accepted we mostly dealt with Amy who kept us updated consistently- even on her days off. Her communication was top tier. She was extremely helpful and supportive. She did her upmost to allow for a quick and straightforward sale even when we experienced minor hurdles. Richard and Amy are both amazing at their jobs and I wish them all the success because they truly deserve it. We’ve had the pleasure of viewing a number of properties with Rich, organised by Amy. They are the most efficient estate agents I’ve worked with! Rich gave us good advice and suggested properties we would have never have looked at but really changed our perspective on what we may end up buying for our forever home, and Amy does a great job in checking in without feeling like she’s pestering you, as many estate agents do. It’s a shame we didn’t know more about Simpson & Hall before selling our home as we would have chose them to sell for us! I would definitely recommend! ??????

I have moved many times. I’m nearly 65 years old now. I can only remember poor experiences with Estate agents. Richard and Amy are a breath of fresh air. They sold my property quickly and they are constantly in touch giving me updates and communicating with other agents involved in the chain and solicitors. They send updates and reply to my messages out of hours if needed evening and weekends not 9 till 5 and excuses like the national agents. I would definitely recommend Simpson and Hall. I cannot praise this estate agent enough. I was not even their client as I live away but without their expertise and professionalism I doubt very much whether I would be completing on my sale today. Amy was sublime. It didn't matter what time it was,she would update me on the progress of my sale, every step of the way. 5 stars doesn’t do Simpson and Hall justice. Despite a tough climate he managed to get us an offer on our house within just a week. Although I never met Amy in person, she was absolutely brilliant at keeping us informed with the sale process.
