I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.

Landlords and tenants beware!
Mann countrywide in Ashford is one of the worst things that have happened in my life.
They tried to scam us on reference fees, repeatedly lied to us, pretended not not understand a foreign accent.
The fees they charges are horrendous for non existent work, as a landlord in the past I would never use them, as a tenant be fully aware that for them you are just a cash machine on legs and not a human being.
Landlords get charged every month for what is basically a big pile of nothing, tenants are constantly threatened by uneducated unlicensed staff.
