Mark Slade of Slade Property Collective helped us sell our home in the summer of 2025. He is the most authentic and credible person you will meet in the Estate agency industry. From Day one of the process he was honest and straight forward (no gimmicks, no sales spiel), just sound, informed advice that he has clearly accumulated during his many years in the house selling business. He accurately predicted the market value of our house, his photos were superb, and he gave our property the maximum chance of selling at the price we wanted. Within the first month we hosted countless viewings and received multiple offers at market value (as predicted by Mark). His communication was A1 throughout - Mark makes himself available to speak over the phone or via chat message at any time, no questions went unanswered. He helped us choose the right buyer and then kindly gave us some advice and guidance during our own property search in the following months. Mark is a genuine and thoroughly decent guy, simple as that. His colleague Olly, who we also dealt with, is similarly top class and adheres to the same high standards that Mark goes by. This was not our first choice of estate agent, but 2nd. Wish we'd of known how good Oli Jones was from the beginning! Long story short the 1st agent did nothing for us. We have only been with Slade of Wolverhampton a couple of days and what a massive difference! Viewings booked in straight away, communication is brilliant, helpful. We now have an offer on our house in Bradmore. Can't thank Oli enough. Whilst we were with the other agent, Slades even went that extra mile by sending over information of possible houses to view. Brilliant from start to nearly the end. Would definitely recommend, a small company that gives you the time of day!

If you are looking for an estate agent that is professional, highly experienced, know their market and most importantly get the job done, look no further that Slade Property Collective.
We initially chose another estate agent with a large shopfront in a prestigious location, as we mistakenly thought that would help sell the property. This was not the case.
It was only after engaging Slade Property Collective that the house started to attract interest and sold. We put our trust in Mark Slade and Oliver Jones and they were absolutely amazing. They are both extremely knowledgeable, personable, enthusiastic and experts in their field. They knew exactly how the house should be marketed and the price to expect. Their communication was excellent. We were kept fully informed of all progress and they were always available to answer any queries that we may have had.
My only regret is that we didn’t use Slade Property Collective from the outset. It would have saved a lot of time and money.
I can only recommend that your first choice should always be Slade Property Collective for an efficient and professional service.

I would highly recommend there services due to the great communication through out and fab experience in selling houses with the most helpful updates.
My house was valued at the correct price and sold quick within the willenhall area.
I would highly recommend and use Slade properties, an independant estate agents over a larger estate agents as there provided 10 out of 10 service and I was pleased with there services. I do feel if I used a larger estate agents, I wouldn’t have got the service which I have received via SLADE.

Well, what can I say about Mark Slade and his business! When we first met him he had just started his company after being in the business for many years. We were wanting to sell my late father’s house in Albrighton and met with a few agents to sell. From 1st meeting Mark he put us at ease, straight talking and his knowledge made us feel that he was the right agent for us to use. He promised he would give us his one on one time and always be there whenever we needed him and he didn’t let us down! From listing the house we had 6 viewings booked within a couple of days and house was sold in 3! We had some ups and downs with issues with the house but Mark was very quick to help us get them resolved after the 1st buyer pulled out but then Mark already had other viewings lined up and house sold again very quick. I had 3 separate agents wanting to sell my my house in Fordhouses, Wolverhampton, without even having to think about it I chose Slade Property Collective, I have seen their sale boards go up and within weeks a sold board goes up.
Oliver Jones is the most down to earth guy I have ever had the pleasure to meet, his knowledge is second to none, he knows the market inside out.
He explained everything to me about the market and was absolutely spot on with what my house would achieve, once he listed it, it had sold within the week. I can't thank Oliver enough for the care and attention he gave to me and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

Two Houses Sold
Earlier this year we put our house and my wife’s mothers house on the market at the same time with the idea of moving to a house with a separate granny annexe. We instructed Mark Slade of Slade Property Collective based on a friend’s recommendation. Mark had already proved he could sell multiple houses to a time scale as he had sold my friend’s house and his partners to allow them to move to a bigger house together last year.
From the start, and all the way through, Mark took a professional and personal approach. He some took amazing photos, dealt with all the enquires and got us the prices for our houses that we needed to fund the new house purchase with money left to do building work and upgrades to the new property.
Marks worked tirelessly, kept us updated and when, at the eleventh hour, some things went wrong with one of our buyers’ solicitors (none of it Mark’s fault) he was able to jump in and ‘fix’ the chain. Mark got things done faster than others would have believed possible to get things back on track. He clearly has a lot of industry experience and the contacts to make sure that things happen.
Absolutely amazing all the way through. If we ever need to move again Mark Slade will be the person we speak to.

We got in contact with Mark Slade of Slade property collective after having issues with a corporate estate agent when trying to sell our property in Castlecroft, Wolverhampton. After meeting Mark we knew he was the man for the job! Mark offered a real personal touch with much better photos & a lovely write up about our property plus the eye catching sign on our driveway! After having a negative experience with another estate agent Mark explained everything and ensured we fully understand all details about the sale. We had so many viewings and more offers with Mark which led to a much speedier sale than we expected at a sale price we were happy with. I couldn't recommend Slade Property…
I couldn't recommend Slade Property enough. From the first encounter, Oliver was professional, approachable and gave valuable advice. Being new to the process of selling a house Oliver was always on hand to answer any questions we had or any issue we was unsure of and was always very knowledgeable with the advice he gave.
Oliver was very efficient and we managed to secure a offer on our property on the first viewing!!
Communication was excellent; Oliver kept in touch with any developments throughout the process which took alot of the stress and anxiety away. Nothing was ever too much.
I would definately 100% recommend this company and would always use again should we need too in the future. Great service

We made an offer on a property in June and the sale went through in November. Mark was great from the get go, he was with us for our first viewing of the property in Pendeford and assisted us in next steps after wanting to proceed with the purchase.
Mark was always on the end of a phone if we had and queries or questions (even when he was on holiday).
Mark managed our expectations when we became frustrated with the pace of the vendors solicitors and made every effort to expedite matters when appropriate to do so.
