Despite a decent level of communication throughout a 2 year tenancy with SMART, I was very unimpressed by how they dealt with the moving-out process. Communication regarding inventory and deposit deductions was very poor, and we ended up waiting almost 2 months for them to confirm deposit deductions with us. Our deposits were only returned to us when we enquired (after a further 2 weeks of zero contact) about them, and I then received an email which essentially stated that they had forgotten to action our deposit return.

Applying for the house was a difficult process due to external factors, such as guarantors insurance and tenancy changes. Always helpful and great to deal with, Kay Patmore especially went above and beyond the other day when I needed to pick up my keys. I was driving in from Wales and had many delays that made me miss my key pick up appointment at the house. Kay was kind enough to stay after closing time for the agency at the offices to allow me enough to time to pick up my keys as it was my only chance to do so due to personal matters.
I'm so grateful and greatly appreciate all the help I received that day and all help that myself and roommates have been given as we've moved into our new rental managed by them.
