Lee (and Eilidh) handled the estate sale of my late mother's house. They were courteous and efficient, and were able to provide cleaning services to get the house ready for sale. They managed all the buyer visits and provided prompt feedback on each one. We achieved in excess of the asking price, and their fee structure meant the service was excellent value for money. They managed the purchaser - who was somewhat challenging - with great finesse. I think all parties ended up content. Due to view land this morning but 45 mins before we were due to meet the Estate Agent he advised that he had COVID, was unable to show the land and unfortunately no one else at the Estate Agents could deal with us. As the closing date is set for tomorrow i feel this is very disappointing and very unprofessional particularly as the site is locked up so we were unable to view ourselves.
