Untrustworthy, unreliable and dishonest. Absolute waste of time and money for transport and viewing. They increased the price for a poorly maintained property with a bad odour in the house after gathering multiple people for the viewing at the same time asking for everyone's deposits while they tell you that nobody other than you is interested. They also send third parties to handle viewings on the weekend and later do not take responsibility for the breaches. Highly disappointing.
