I would have no hesitation in recommending Staves. The service we received was excellent. A particular shout out to Charley who kept us informed of progress from start to finish. What I really like about Staves is that they have offices imbedded within the local community. I think this makes a real difference to us as sellers but also to potential buyers who I am sure are likely to have more confidence in their knowledge of the local area. Firstly, I should apologise for the delay in wring this review for Staves Estate Agents.
We initially met with Matthew Staves when looking at the possibility of downsizing from a large house to a bungalow which Staves were acting for. We put in an acceptable bid and chose to use Staves to sell our existing property.
From start to finish, nothing was too much for them and (not having moved house for over 35 years) we asked for a lot of help and got it on every occasion.
The experience was not without drama but dealing with Staves made us feel like a part of their family and it was like dealing with a traditional local business where communication is easy and not a chore.
We wish them every success in the future.
