**Review of Stimpsons Eve - Giles Ferris** I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Giles Ferris from Stimpsons Eve, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. As the manager of a well-known estate agent in Milton Keynes, I reached out to Giles with the intention of building a future business relationship. My dad, who owns a prominent business in Milton Keynes, had been diagnosed with a brain tumour and needed to sell his property quickly. I thought this would be a professional and mutually beneficial transaction, so I contacted Giles for a valuation. When I initially spoke with Giles, he asked for the reason behind the valuation and whether it was serious. I explained my dad's condition and his need to sell quickly. After confirming times with my dad, I sent a text to Giles with all the details, including the address and my dad’s contact information. However, I never received any response or acknowledgment from him. A week later, my dad, who had been waiting all day for Giles to show up, was understandably upset. I called Giles to follow up, and his response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. When I explained that my dad had been waiting for him, his response was, “Well, it’s taken you two weeks to chase, so obviously not that important.” This response was both unprofessional and inconsiderate. In my opinion, this behavior reflects poorly on Giles and his business. A lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy is concerning, particularly when dealing with sensitive situations. I would not recommend working with Stimpsons Eve based on this experience.... Read more

I asked Giles to provide a valuation for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a copy some time afterwards and the office staff were very helpful in providing it on the same day. On another occasion I called Giles for some urgent information and again he was most helpful. I felt very reassured by his extensive local knowledge and experience.... Read more

Very rude and unhelpful people, I enquired about some land and they never came back to me. They got me confused with another enquiry, once I explained that wasn’t me that is someone else the chap on the phone was very rude and said “who are you then” They already had all my details! I spoke to his colleague a week earlier, the most unhelpful people! Probably the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. Plus you have to chase them to get any answer... Read more

I contacted Stimpsons Eves regarding a commercial property, to discuss leasing it for a bespoke coffee shop. Unfortunately, the phone interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. The representative rudely shut me down with an immediate ‘no,’ without asking for further details, no consideration given on how my business proposal might differ from others in the area, or considering that there may be other businesses that I was looking to secure premises for and I could have offered an alternative business should a coffee shop not be suitable (which there was, but after this interaction decided not to pursue with this company). There was no attempt to engage in a productive conversation or explore alternatives. It was a missed opportunity for customer service and a very disappointing experience.... Read more

Not happy arranged a viewing to see a commercial property they cancelled 5 times on me coming up with excuses. Totally unprofessional jokers and while still awaiting to view never to contact or follow up. Pathetic company and agents... Read more
