In 2025 I found myself with two houses to sell. On asking around for recommendations a friend suggested Stooke Hill & Walshe after their good experience with them. I have never regretted the decision to appoint them as my estate agents. From the beginning I found them to be friendly, obliging and efficient. I was kept up to date with each stage of the selling process. I liked the way they showed prospective clients around the properties which helped to make the process so easy for me. In fact the whole process proved to be far easier than I expected thanks to the help and support I received from all the staff. From day one, Sam has been absolutely brilliant. His in-depth knowledge of both the housing market and the local area instantly put me at ease, and I felt confident that I’d chosen the right agent to sell my home.
Just two weeks ago, Sam came to value my property. One week later, he returned with Lydia to take photographs and create a video tour, and I have to say, Lydia has a real talent for showcasing properties at their absolute best.
Today, Sam has sold my house, shown me around a property I completely fell in love with, and secured my onward offer, all in just two weeks from the initial valuation.

Amazing!! We were on with another agent for several months with no luck so we went on with Stooke to get things moving and in the first day of viewings it sold with not just one but three offers, Sam’s attention to detail is exceptional. Both Sam and Lyn are a huge credit to the team being so attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. My partner and I have just purchased a property, and Sam was absolutely brilliant. We have viewed many houses, and none of the estate agents were as good as Sam. Sam knew everything about the property and was very detailed and professional during the viewing and answered all the questions we had. The other estate agents we used just let us walk around the house and didn’t give us any detail like Sam did.
During the buying process, he was so helpful and supported us through it and kept us updated throughout. When we left the viewing my partner and I said that Sam was by far the best estate agent we had met, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a property.

We really appreciated the professional, beautiful photos and video taken of our apartment when we were selling it, (doing justice and not making it look different to reality)
The team are very professional and yet also personable, and kept us in the loop at all times. Any questions we asked were answered in a very timely manner and we weren’t left in the dark on anything (even when selling a house can sometimes be a bit of a waiting game).
