Williams did an excellent job for us selling my mother-in-law’s house in Hereford. They quickly identified a buyer and, although that fell through ( not the Agents fault) the equally quickly found another and completion has just taken place.
Derek and Jordan did a sterling job for us and we would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective seller in Hereford.

Made me feel worthless when in between selling and buying as had to wait for keys.
so was in between homes.
Talk like they know everything and wont give you the time of day.

Williams were not the first company we chose to sell our house, but the first experience majored on the glitzy, but was sadly lacking when it came to commitments and service.
Williams were there for us from day one, supporting and following up. Throughout a problematic sale due to sticking points further back in the chain, Williams were on the case.
Their price was not at all unreasonable and they earned every penny of their fee; there is a wealth of knowledge and experience in that team.
Try them, you will not regret it.

Recently used Williams to sell our property (we actually used Williams to purchase the property 4 years ago), couldn't fault them. The marketing was flawless, photos and videos did the job, as the house was sold within days on going on the market.

Terrible and poorly managed company, one of their employees Dan who was poor throughout the time we dealt with them, turned up to a viewing we had booked two weeks before turned up without any keys so was a complete waste of time. On talking to the vender they were equally disappointed at the level of service they provided, they lied about key details of the sale, which all came to light on talking to our solicitors and vender which made them look very unprofessional, Richard the company owner seemed uninterested and very flaky, not a company I would ever recommend or use and I would be put off buying a property if they are involved with selling.

We had booked Williams to do a valuation on my late mother's house. Daniel arrived earlier than we got there but introduced himself to the current tenants who knew he was coming and waited for us to arrive and clearly explained the valuation, fees and how things would go forward if we chose them.

If I could rate no stars I absolutely would.
Totally unorganised when it comes to booking viewings. Had a couple turn up at my house without any pre warning at all. I was left to do all the viewings myself with no help from the estate agent when I expressed how difficult I was finding it with a new baby.
But the biggest kicker is we had an offer on our house which we accepted as the estate agent explained everything was in order. We asked for the property to be kept on the market until It had gone through in case for whatever reason this buyer was unable to complete but we heard nothing on this.
The surveyor did not co when the process was apparently started in July. Which we accepted it was just moving through.
This wasn’t the case the buyer did not have a mortgage in place and honestly we don’t even know if they ever had as i struggle to believe anything this estate agent says based on our experience with them and they failed to tell us that at all.
They initially said their offer from the bank was withdrawn but then said it was the buyers position they didn’t have one. So we just don’t know what is true.
This all could have been ok if they had been communicating the buyers position since we accepted the offer in July so we could have gone into other options to buy but because they just didn’t inform us we’ve lost out.
I really wouldn’t use this estate agent.
I have seen reply. Very professional to post your clients information which does not apply to us so you must have us mixed up.

I should start this review by saying that we didn’t use Williams’ estate agents but our buyers did. We had quite a long chain and the move was extremely stressful but Debbie at Williams was an absolute superstar during the whole process. She kept things moving for the whole chain and was constantly keeping us updated on behalf of our buyers. Our experience with other local agents hasn’t been such a positive one but I would definitely use Williams’ if I was to move home again. Very professional and always available to help.

I approached Williams based on their excellent reviews and performance in the area. I received three valuations from my chosen top agents, all with similar competitive rates but Williams’ fees were plain and simple, especially with the professional photos as standard. Even though Williams' valuation wasn't the highest, it was the most realistic, honest and fair.
Stephen was the only valuer who was observant and appreciated the property's condition. This was my first experience selling a property and Stephen helped me to understand the process and the current housing market.
The house sold in less than a week thanks to Stephen's amazing photos and detailed description of the property. After paying attention to local properties selling in the area, Stephen got the valuation spot on and we managed to attract the perfect buyer.
During the sale, Debbie was always approachable and easy to contact via phone or email. Considering this was my first sale with the added sadness that this was my late Father's property, Debbie was understanding, sympathetic and remained professional in order to help sell the property. The property sold very smoothly and at no point was my experience with Williams stressful, which is just what I wanted and needed.
I wanted an agent who would sell my late Father's property efficiently, but also with excellent customer service, and between Debbie and Stephen they did just that. I'm glad I chose to sell with Williams. Thank you for a pleasant sale!

I went to Williams Estate Agents, to secure a tenant for my property after several less than favorable experiences with other agents. Williams were brilliant from start to finish. They ensured that all prospective tenants were interviewed to ascertain suitability before they even went to view my property.
