Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Excellent. The best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. They have sold 2 houses for us now. They do cost a bit more than average but it’s definitely worth it. They achieved more than £30k over the asking price for each house. They take great care in the presentation of the property and include videos of house and garden/ which can really help to sell your house if you live in a lovely location. They offer no sale no fee with no upfront costs for the videography and marketing.
