Sam May was my estate agent for what was a long and stressful sale and I am incredibly grateful to him for ensuring it was a success. I can confidently say that without his hard work, professionalism and excellent communication, we wouldn’t have got the sale over the line but we did thanks to his perseverance. Having been with with another agent in October 2025 we had no viewings over 2 months so changed to streets ahead having seen Louis back in 2025 .. they did a great job in marketing and showing the house which led to an offer which we accepted ....<br>Sam and Jayden who accompanied each client through the viewing did an incredible job pointing all the good things about the house especially the size of the rooms and high ceilings.<br>They were always on time and very polite and respectful.<br>Through our the process the guys came back with freed back weather good or bad and through out the offer and exchange of contracts kept me informed with phone calls and emails ...<br>Our thanks to them for a wonderful job and we appreciate every thing they did so professionally and informative ..<br>Thank you guys
