After looking for a few weeks for a new rental in London my wife and I been contacted by Annabel who understood our needs straight away and helped us find the perfect place that ticked all the boxes. Annabel has been great, she has communicated with us very well in the whole process of visiting and securing the property.
While something did not go as planned on the day of handover, the Strutt and Parker Operations team was on hand and supported us. Things can and do go wrong and it’s how they are handled and the team did great. Perhaps stronger internal checks and communication is the opportunity for the company overall BUT it was a lovely and very caring gesture when Annabel, back from her time away called personally to apologise. I would definitely recommend Annabel as she knows her job and understands your needs.

Unlike agents of other agencies we’ve dealt with, Sian was never pushy. She took the time to listen to our needs, ensuring the special conditions we requested were clearly and unambiguously added to the contract. She also communicated effectively with the landlord and avoided rushing us through the process to secure a final signature and first rent and holding deposit as quickly as possible.
Most importantly, she went above and beyond by managing to organise a much earlier move-in date, which meant we could completely avoid the hassle and cost of arranging a short-term let in between.

I can't recommend Miles and his team more highly enough for their local expertise and knowledge of the Notting Hill area. There is nothing Miles does not know about the properties and streets within the area, which saves his client's time when choosing the right property for them. My experience with Strutt & Parker was absolutely positive, thanks to Charlotte. She has been literally amazing. I met a lot of estate agents, but she was differerent from all of them. She always goes the extra mile to make sure the client is comfortable and has all necessary information in every phase of the negotiation. A lot of estate agents say "yes" to a lot of questions even if they are not 100% sure that they are providing accurate information, just to convince the client to sign a contract, but if you are dealing with Charlotte be sure that she will be tell the truth and treat you with special care.

Really appreciated, and I mean this very sincerely, how much time and attention Daniel at Strutt & Parker was able to give me throughout the rental process. In fact, if he had not followed up with me exactly as promised (a rare feat for estate agents in London), I would not have rented this flat! I saw a lot of agents in a short period of time, but I felt Daniel immediately 'got' what I was looking for, listened to what I was looking for and proactively recommended me the Westbourne Grove flat. Daniel was also able to answer questions for me about the referencing process and how things would work for us as an international couple relocating from abroad, which I immensely appreciated, never mind the fact that I also felt confident that he knew his stuff! His continued help in making sure we get a good move-in date, allowing us multiple viewings, and even helping with the floor plans (so essential for us to get things organized before arriving in the UK!) are all things that would lead me to recommend Strutt & Parker to friends in the future.
