I would not recommend this real estate agent to anyone. Me and my wife had put an offer on a property advertised by these guys, it was long and stressfull dealing with them. Don't know where to start, unethical and many illegal practices. Never picking up phone when calling. Mostly calling us back right before they closed. They asked us for £1000 to mark the house sold/STC and said after we give a Grand they won't let anyone else view the property.Also didn't disclose the property was a non standard steel construction.They also didn't bother send memorandum of sale after chasing them for 2 weeks. Clearly didn't send it as they knew from start it would get rejected as they knew it was non standard construction and didn't disclose it. Wasted £500 on conveyancer fees (which we could have saved if they told us in the first place) just to be told by the lender that they do not lend on non standard constructions.
They tried persuading us to use there in house mortgage broker service, which from start our mortgage broker/advisor told was illegal. They also said we weren't serious buyers as we wanted to show our family the house and get a quote from a builder on how much the work will cost and what might need getting done. How are we not serious after sending you our solicitors info on email and you guys not bothering to get the sellers solicitor details. Working with these guys was a nightmare. Told us we didn't have big enough deposit. As 10% deposit on £140k house is not enough even though our broker said 10% is the standard deposit. Wasted 2 month dealing with these guys just to back out cause they didn't disclose a simple detail earlier on the process and kept delaying the process. When we phoned to let them know what the findings where of the conveyors report they didn't pick up. When I rang 10 mins before closing they then picked up said oh alright send the report. At that point I had said I want to back out within a second all he said was alright bye and cut the phone. Didn't let me finish speaking cause I wanted to ask why didn't they disclose it, if they did we would of told our lender from start and looked at other properties rather than trying to chase these guys every other day for sellers solicitors and memorandum of sale. Really unprofessional and unorganised. Wouldn't recommend to any one buying to buy through these guys, or anyone selling to sell through these guys, especially if you want a quick and smooth sale.

Haroon Bhai helped me get my first mortgage almost 10 years ago when I had recently separated and needed help to get a house for my 3 children, he was extremely respectful, supportive and kind. He kept me updated throughout the process and gave me advice throughout.
10 years later, I went back to ask if he could help my son to get a mortgage and as soon as I walked through the door, he remembered exactly who I was and where and when I bought my house.
My son has just completed today and bought his first house and again, I could not fault the process from start to finish.
Haroon again was respectful, kind and kept us updated throughout the process from start to finish.
