My personal experience with Symonds and Greenaway has not been positive mostly due to them protecting rouge landlords. Who do not maintain there properties and can no longer practise their tactics so they hide behind estate agents, this is what I personally experienced with Symonds and Greenaway, months of them protecting rouge landlords. So if you are a future tenant, take great care. If you are a decent landlord, then be careful who you connect yourself with , if you are a rouge, landlord, you are found a perfect match, Symonds and Greenaway will protect you fully.... Read more

I would like to thank the team for their support and communication throughout my tenancy and move-out process. Moving house can be very stressful, especially while buying a new home at the same time, but the agency was always polite, approachable, and willing to respond to questions when needed. I especially appreciated the professional handling of the checkout process and the clear communication regarding the deposit updates. Although there were a few delays waiting for landlord responses, the agency kept me informed and remained helpful throughout, which I truly appreciated. Avoid this agency. They are currently holding my deposit and it’s been 18 days. I have called multiple times for an update, but I’m getting nowhere. It’s clear that once you move out, you are no longer a priority to them. Save yourself the headache and find an agency that actually picks up the phone and follows the rules."... Read more
