What an absolute pleasure to have Connells Werrington sell our property for us. From the first meeting with Jason his honesty and knowledge of the property market were outstanding and that was the reason I chose Connells to market our property. Throughout the sale Jason and his team have excelled, weekly updates on progress and loads of chasing all parties from Jason to ensure the sale stayed on track. Unfortunately we did have a couple of issues along the way but these were resolved professionally each time leading to completion last week.

We are giving a five star review as we genuinely feel that Jason, Ollie and team gave exceptional customer service throughout our house sale. Due to the slow housing market and factors completely outside of our control, our house took longer to sell than expected - Jason was patient, reassuring and completely professional during this whole process which helped tremendously when at times we felt like giving up due to the insecurity it can bring up for sellers at times! Most of our viewings were conducted outside of our working hours due to our having to navigate the needs of our dogs, this meant an awful lot of viewings were after working hours for Ollie and team which we appreciate so much! Whilst the sale was going through Jason communicated with all parties giving regular updates and really pulled the whole thing together which again, was appreciated and helped ensure matters were smooth and seamless.
We would not hesitate to recommend Connells Werrington and thank you all from the bottom of our hearts - you were all amazing!

I have just completed on a house purchase via Connells Werrington. The service levels I received were first class from initial viewing through to an agreed offer and ultimately completion. The branch manager, Jason Markland , progress chased the transaction every week with the solicitors and vendors, kept all parties informed with the result that the transaction was successful. We went with Connells Werrington, having moved from another agent. We met with Jason who outlined their terms, promising regular communications, regular changes to our picture format on Rightmove, plus a drive to generate viewings. Communication is key for me. I was somewhat sceptical that it would happen. How wrong was I !!!!! Every other Wednesday Jason rang with a detailed update of what was happening in the chain, so I was never left guessing what was going on. My goodness, what a team they are. Anna, Ollie and Jason were just the loveliest, down-to-earth people to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, they listened to concerns, they were flexible in their approach and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. Jason recommended using an online solicitor. Again, I was a little unsure, but Jason assured me it would be ok. It was so easy and the solicitor always (yes, always!) picked up my calls when I had queries. This team knows what they are doing. They found us the most perfect buyers and the purchase went through really smoothly at a price we were happy with. Thank you Connells Werrington.

The whole team - Anna, Joseph and Nathaniel, under Jason Markland's management are amazing. The team all work so well together, and have at all times, been so helpful. They have always been very courteous and shown respect for our house when showing viewers around. Nothing has ever been too much trouble.
Jason works tirelessly to keep the whole process moving and keep everyone updated on new developments. He is very supportive and understanding and understands the stresses that come from buying and selling.
On many occasions it has been Jason who has pushed things along.
I honestly don't think we would have got through this process without Jason and would definitely use his services again. I would have no qualms about recommending him and his team to anyone else.

It’s common to group estate agents along with second hand car salesmen and politicians but let me put things straight:
Having had three other agents view three properties for valuation purposes Connells took on the complicated sale of three properties for me in an extremely confident, professional, and businesslike manner, achieving one above asking price sale within a week.
Senior Branch Manage Jason Markland’s fastidious attention to detail for photographs to accompany the advertising was an education. Service, sensitivity, and communication is second to none; other businesses of all descriptions could learn from Connells Werrington. This is true across the whole team too, Mae, Anna, Nathaniel…and of course Jason himself.
I believe he must work a twelve-hour day in service of his customers as we were certainly exchanging emails from 7 ‘til 7 and I very much doubt he’s rewarded commensurate with the premium service provided.
I won’t need another estate agent, I’m with Connells!

Their is so much that is not good with this estate agents, misleading, slightly condensing and more. I personally would not have any dealings with them.
Jason said the bathroom had permission, to be converted which it did not and said we did not need a deed of variation. Which after taking advice was wrong
Also said it would take 3 to 4 months to get this and that is if the landlord would issue it

When I walked into Connels Werrington, I was in a difficult place in my life, my finances were all over the place, I was applying for court orders and dealing with lawyers.
Many other estate agents had given me short shrift as my finances were not in place.
I when spoke to Jason and explained my situation, he believed in me from the start, he was in constant contact, he was patient with me while I sorted out my finances to be able to proceed.
He informed me of suitable properties as they came up for sale, and informed the seller of my position, enabling them to make an informed descision if I made an offer.
Once I had had an offer accepted, Jason kept in touch with me and my seller on a regular basis, keeping the deal alive until we got the sale completed.
A short description of Jason for me is he is someone who genuinely wants to sell you a house, he will move heaven and earth to get that sale over the line.

Our first contact with Jason Markland at Connells Estate Agents in Peterborough was about six months ago when we put and offer on a nearby property which the seller accepted. The process of getting from offer to completion was fraught with unforeseen problems, such as a tenant in situ who was reluctant to vacate and solar panels that were not registered with the land registry.
Jason was committed to getting these issues resolved so that we could proceed with this purchase, he worked tirelessly and relentlessly, liaising with the seller (his client) and interfacing with her solicitors. He kept us informed every step along the way and was always polite, positive and optimistic that we would be able to purchase this property. I’m sure his client would say exactly the same.
Because of the legal complexities the process took nearly six months and without Jason’s help and constant reassurance I think we would have walked away from the deal as I believe would the seller. Even on the day this sale was due to complete a totally unexpected problem arose in that the seller’s solicitors had a complete systems outage. Again Jason kept on the case and although it took a further two weeks before completion could finally take place, Jason kept us informed and reassured.
It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional, committed, knowledgeable and genuine sales representative and a testament to the high standards any client can expect from Connells

She arrived on time, with particulars of the property and bright and cheery personality. Since then Charlotte has only ever been as good as her word, she has always kept me up to date in a situation that might not be considered straightforward.

My partner and I viewed a property that was listed with Connells and the estate agent who met us there (from the Werrington Peterborough office) was extremely polite, helpful and very respectful of the homeowners as he showed us around their property. It is through this property viewing that we were introduced to the wonderful Connells mortgage advisor who supported us every step of the way during our introduction to the world of mortgages which was very alien to my partner and me!! Our mortgage advisor (Werrington office) was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly, no question or worry was seen as too small!! Unfortunately this property fell through due to the homeowners having a change of heart so my partner and I went to look at another property on the market which was with a different estate agent but we still wanted to use Connells for our mortgage advice and again the same mortgage advisor was there to help us through a stressful time and secured us a mortgage on our new chosen property. This time it all went according to plan but throughout the whole process our mortgage advisor was at the other end of the phone or email to help answer any questions we had. We have now received our completion date and when I emailed our mortgage advisor to tell her she was genuinely over the moon for us. We cannot give Connells at Werrington anything but our thanks and best wishes because they have helped to make the whole moving process a lot more manageable. I received an excellent service from start to finish. Within 1 hour of signing up with Connells Werrington the For Sale board was up and I'd received emails from Jason explaining every step. The viewings were always on time and an agent always accompanied the potential buyer. I was often out but left keys with the agents and it worked very well. With so many choices available, picking an estate agent isn't an easy task. My partner and I decided to have a few valuations to get a feel for a few of the estate agents and Jason from the Connells Werrington office left a real lasting impression on us both. Not only did our dog absolutely adore him (always a bonus!) but Jason was so friendly and helped us understand every step of the way in terms we could understand. Absolutely amazing estate agent, I honestly can't thank Laura enough in our journey to buying our first house.
I always said I would never use the first Mortgage Adviser we spoke to as I was worried we would get fobbed off...however Laura was so incredible and genuine we didn't want to go anywhere else!

This is the first time I used the werrington branch and was let down by their level of customer service. Their photographer damaged my £300 tv unit causing it to fall off the wall and once confronted he said ‘it fell’.
Don’t use this branch if you are selling a jointly owned property!. I was the sole occupier of the property throughout the sale and the joint owner had already returned her key prior to an Offer being made. On completion day Jason knew I was finishing a night shift that morning and the spare key was released prior to me being notified and being given the chance to hand my key over. I was contacted about an hour after the key had been handed over to the new owner, advising me that completion had taken place. This resulted in the new owner coming to the property that morning whilst I was still removing the last few items. I felt highly embarrassed.

Alex went above and beyond with the property search and kept me fully informed at all times. Any questions I did have were answered promptly.
Laura my mortgage advisor has been an absolute star! Having changed the property we were purchasing, there was no delay and Laura did all she could in order to secure the mortgage.

Not only was he upfront and honest but he did what he said he would do. So a year on and wanting to sell my leasehold flat I contacted Jason once more, and only Jason, to sell it for me. No hassle, no lies, great communication (even though solicitors and leaseholders were a pain..!!) and finally completed last week..
