Honestly the best estate agents I’ve come across. Had so many experiences with different estate agents and they were very unhelpful and disappointing. Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance.

This agency operates with a noticeable lack of professionalism. Viewings were either cancelled last minute or the agent simply didn’t bother to stay long enough for us to arrive. No calls, no updates, no accountability. If you value reliability, avoid them.

My experience with Target Properties, particularly with their agent, Kai Davies, was appalling from start to finish. I was interested in two of their listed properties, but the level of incompetence and lack of professionalism on display made the entire process a complete waste of time.
To begin with, contacting them is practically impossible before 11am. Reaching anyone on the phone requires multiple attempts, which already sets the tone for how unreliable they are. After finally speaking with someone and agreeing on viewing times, they cancelled on me twice. Both cancellations were on the day of the viewings, each with barely an hour’s notice.
On the first occasion, Kai attempted to pass the responsibility onto a colleague without even checking their availability. Unsurprisingly, that colleague cancelled last minute due to pre-booked meetings Kai should have been aware of. The second cancellation was yet another last-minute message from Kai, this time claiming to be double booked.
When the viewing finally came around, Kai arrived and left within eight minutes because I was stuck in traffic. He didn’t call, message, or make any attempt to reach me while at the property. Instead, he waited until he returned to the office to send an email, an email that came across as dismissive and accusatory.
To make matters worse, Kai never once provided a direct number. He would only ever call from the office line, making it impossible to reach him when it actually mattered. On the day of the viewing, I called the office over eight times with no answer from anyone. I had to resort to email, and the response I received from Kai was unprofessional, defensive, and completely lacking any accountability.
There was no apology, no willingness to reschedule, no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused, including the fact that my mother had taken time off work specifically for these viewings. Instead, Kai attempted to rewrite events, claiming he had waited outside the property when we had also been outside with no sign of him at all.
The entire experience was chaotic, unreliable, and frankly childish. I would strongly advise avoiding Target Properties altogether. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to take responsibility make them completely unfit for anyone looking for a serious and trustworthy service.

Andre Esty, has been absolutely brilliant with helping me find a suitable tenant within 5 days of the previous tenant moving out! In my 10 years as Landlord I have never had such quick success. Andre also helped me with finding cleaners, contractors and sent me lots of pictures of the works carried out. I am not based in London so this seamless and personal level of service was priceless.
Andre, is professional, smart and really really happy. He is respectful and friendly. I hope I continue to work with Andre for years and wish him all the luck. He has really gone above and beyond and I have yet to find an estate agent as genuine and honest as Andre.

I purchased a property from Target many years ago and have since then rented my property through them. I've never had any issues with Target, they are professional, trust worthy and reliable. They notify me when things are due for renewal, i.e. certificates, contracts etc., they inspect my property regularly and email me a report of it's condition with photos. If my property needs a repair, they organise contractors, communicate with the tenant and arrange everything. When the new Landlord Licence was introduced, I was so relieved when Target applied on my behalf, completed all the forms and communicated with the local council as these things can become overwhelming and stressful.
Everyone I have spoken with at Target are extremely professional and helpful and Tencia Gomez, Renewals Operations Manager, is absolutely wonderful, she is super helpful and explains everything clearly whether over the phone or through email.
They also answer their phones and don't leave people hanging on endlessly or having to go through 100s of diff options just to speak to a human! :) They also, always phone me back if they say they will.
Target provide a fantastic, stress free service for me as a landlord and they leave me feeling assured and confident and that my property is in safe hands. I would never rent my property with any other agent.

Target Property has proven to be an incredibly frustrating and unreliable agency to work with. Despite numerous attempts to contact them regarding property viewings and inquiries, they consistently ignore emails and fail to return phone calls.
Their lack of communication is astounding - not once have I been able to speak with a representative directly, as my calls always end up in voicemail with no follow-up. Even when I took the initiative to visit their office in person, hoping to get some assistance, I was met with indifference and apathy.
It's disheartening to know that I'm not alone in experiencing such poor service from Target Property. Talking to others who have dealt with them recently, it's clear that my experience is not isolated.
In conclusion, I would strongly caution anyone against using Target Property for their real estate needs. Their utter disregard for customer inquiries and unprofessional behavior make them a regrettable choice for anyone in search of a reliable property agency.

Amazing experience from start to finish.
We are extremely happy how Theo handled our purchase and accommodated our needs. The whole purchase process took 6 weeks. Now we are moving in to a new house. If every estate agent worked in such a fast pace the property market wouldn’t be in a standstill. He is a great person to deal with and really experienced in his field. Went through several agents, and can say without a doubt we were very lucky to have Theo Tselepou, at Target, involved in our property purchase. Clearly a man with experience in this area, but also very honest, transparent, helpful and efficient! Despite some complexities in our particular case (no fault of Theo nor Target), Theo did his utmost best to maintain clear communication with all parties and got us through to the end and with our keys in our happy new home :). Honestly, I can't recommend Theo and Target enough!!!!

We moved to Enfield only very recently but we have found Targets service excellent even in this short time. Our previous agent had let us down on several, very important issues. They never responded, they had to be reminded several times - then complained about the number of emails they received from us!!

Alex have dealt with my property searches from the first initial call to the signing tenancy agreement, he was very Friendly, Professional, Accommodating and Truthful. Their were issues with my move dated but this was beyond his control or Targets control. To be honest if it wasn't to Alex's polite and professional manner I would have not stayed all the way with Target. In the end, I didn't proceed to sell but Theo was professional and was happy to have a chat about any other prospective properties regardless of whether or not this transpires into an instruction.
Danny gave a lot of his time and I was impressed that he made the effort to discover that I was the homeowner of a property advertised for rent. Within a matter of days, if that, after instructing him, he secured a number of viewings for my property with interested applicants and we were about to proceed with one until an unexpected issue arose with the property which was immediately attended to. Danny was always available and very good with his time at looking at prospective rentals for other properties as well not yet secured. He showed great maturity for his junior years.
I have no hesitation in recommending Target Property.

The person that was dealing with me trying to let my property was Alex, senior negotiator. He knew exactly what he was doing because i asked to take out a rent guarantee policy out with them and his credit checks were very thorough. Huseyin from Target done everything he promised at the outset. He said we would have a firm offer on our property within 4 weeks, and I am pleased to say that we did receive an offer. I am very satisfied with Target and I would definitely use them again in the future. I only wish we had contacted Target at the beginning instead of using PurpleBricks. It might sound good to pay lower commission, however PurpleBricks were pretty useless, I would not recommend to anyone to use them. All they suggest is to keep lowering your asking price. I was very disapointed with the agency's service. I rented a property with them that had no working sewage system, no hot water, no heating, severe leaks and infiltration and rats! I didn't notice the problems before going to the house and was naif enough not to test water and heating :(
I had to break the contract and leave the property because I couldn't stay with rats. The staff was completly apathetic and only when the director of the company got involved I managed to get some stuff sorted. The deposit of the house was only registed with Deposit Protection Scheme on the day I left (rather than on the day I joined the property), which meant that the DPS locked my deposit for a further month and I couldn't have my money to pay for another rental deposit.
I had to pay for a full month's rent anyway and I never knew who my landlord was.
So many nightmares and such a terrible service that I would stay completely away from this agency forever... :(
