For context my comments are as a buyer. After multiple previous bad experiences with other agents I didn't have very high hopes. However, Jack Brown couldn't have been anymore helpful. He answered my emails quickly, even when on holiday. He went out of his way to gain information that wasn't really his job to get. Met with me onsite multiple times and was generally very easy to deal with. I also met one of his other colleagues a while ago who was equally helpful and patient with my hundreds of questions. Sorry I don't remember your name. Credit to your business. ???? I'm sure Jack will be glad to see the back of me. Thanks again. To the "other agents" (You know who you are) you could learn a thing or two from TDB about customer service. I didn't name you as I'm a decent person. Answering the phone and your emails is what sells properties and gives people confidence in you. Honesty goes a long way.... Read more

Not impressed. Never came back to me even after multiple promises. Would not attempt to use again. Response to below: Well I met you in person at Oxford Street in Daventry, was promised a response multiple times. It is not a false review, your message below is false, how absurd!
