The Oxfordshire Property Agent is an estate agent with a difference. We work with five new sellers a month, allowing us to offer a highly personal service to each client. We don’t tie clients into long contracts – all our listings are based on one month rolling contracts. Our commission rate is fixed at 0.75%, around half the UK average for traditional estate agents. We’re changing the way estate agents in Oxfordshire operate — one property at a time.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. We recently purchased a property through them. We had a longer initial viewing and Alan was incredibly knowledgable about the property (which isn’t always my experience with previous viewings). Alan and Neil kept us in the loop and communicated well and in a timely manner. Our second viewing with Neil was fabulous too , and they accommodated our larger family viewing at fairly short notice. Perhaps oddly for an Estate Agent, there was no obvious pressure to buy, rather the time was spent giving us information and based on that information would we like to purchase? Far better than 'sell, sell, sell' and we then change our mind later. Also no time constraints either. Alan, who showed us round, had shown the property to other potential buyers and this had clearly made him very knowledgeable about the nuances of the property. We cannot recommend The Oxfordshire Property Agent enough. I have to admit, after a chance meeting with Alan viewing a property they were selling, I thought they sounded too good to be true! By far the lowest fees, a business model that put our needs and our relationship with them first (really listened to what we wanted, needed from them and were available, reliable and responsive throughout the whole process)… but some people just are that good and these two are a dream team to have by your side through what is undoubtedly a stressful time. I cannot recommend Oxfordshire Properties highly enough. Alan and Neil are true Gentlemen that work tirelessly to sell your property and also to find one for you to move on to. They know exactly what to do to make your property look it’s best and use a great photographer rather than phone photos. They spend an enormous amount of time on each viewing and ensure that each potential buyer knows all the positives about your property. They also give you a bonus if you recommend them to someone else and they sell their property. The Oxfordshire Property Agent group are lovely to work with; professionals through and through who do their absolute best to smooth the transaction process in what we all know to be a very strange and often difficult system! As a recently arrived UK resident, the housing purchase and transaction process was quite literally foreign to me, and Neil was a star at making me feel comfortable with the process. His communication was always timely and responsive, and we felt cared for throughout our interactions even when anxiety kicked in surrounding issues with the onward chain that were out of our control. As the process wore on due to the complications in the onward chain, the professionalism never wavered; indeed we were also fortunate to interact with Alan at times as both fought to get us to exchange. Having finally gotten there - with great effort and coordination of many solicitors and other estate agents on Neil’s part - we cannot recommend working with The Oxfordshire Property Agents enough....
