Where do I start….. At first I went with one of the big high street name agencies to sell my house; for months nothing happened. A friend introduced me to Simon and everything changed. I felt as though ‘we’ were selling the house. Simon and his team were so invested and I quickly trusted any guidance provided. Very soon after advertising my house, I had an offer. The support provided during the sale was personalised, I felt as though Property Explorer had only me as a client. The communication was excellent and Simon ensured no one was holding up the sale.
