Jack at THINK was one of three estate agents to value our property, despite not being the cheapest option, I was assured the THINK team were adequetly incentivised to get me the most value for my property.
After being on the market for only 3 days, THINK called me with a cash offer at asking price.
Everything was managed by the app, and through WhatsApp.
Selling a home is stressful… or supposed to be, if the only stress you want is selling your house TOO quickly. Then THINK are perfect.

I can honestly say my three years renting through Think was the best experience I've had with any rental agency, by a mile. I've rented through loads of estate agents over the years and had the usual horror stories, to the point that I dreaded having to run the gauntlet with yet another one.
My experience with these guys was genuinely refreshing and has restored some of my faith in estate agents. Everyone I dealt with was genuine, down to earth and actually delivered the service incredibly well (especially Jade). They were responsive and dealt with issues quickly. On departure the inspection and deposit return was all sorted within a couple of working days. No chasing, no battles, they kept me up to date and just sorted it out.
I'd happily recommend these guys to anyone looking to rent through an agent.

However I would recommend exercising caution when being contacted by there partner goodlord as they refferd me to a billing service with acasa which became a nefarious ordeal however these have no direct relation to think sales and lettings.

The process from start to finish of renting my house out was so easy and smooth . Jade talked me through all of the ins and outs of renting including showing me pictures from where the check the house every so often to make sure it's being looked after which I found very reassuring.
A big bonus was there wasn't much paperwork to fill in and any that was required was all done easily online.
Jade kept me posted all the way through and let me know of any viewings after we had agreed on the tenants Jade kept me up to date on when proof of wage and references etc had been done and when tenants wanted to move in .

Where can I start? We have been in our property now since February 2021. A lot of work needed doing with the house with false and empty promises from the original estate agents that we were with, we were left feeling deflated on the whole situation after fighting for the problems to resolved we were on the hunt for a new house. At the end of may 2023 I had been contacted by Jade to advise that THINK had taken over our tenancy agreement and Jade organised for a visit to go over our concerns regarding the property. Within a month Jade was all over the repairs which were no fault of our own and had them resolved in no time. I honestly can’t recommend Jade enough. Recently, some of the windows needed re-sealing on the outside. I had paid for this to be done on the other aspect a few years ago. Jade advised me that the building management company should take care of this repair in return for the service charge that owners pay. Having experienced how difficult it is to even contact these people, let alone get them to do something to my advantage, I thought this was an optimistic hope. Jade offered to take care of it for me and she did it, they even repaired the decoration on the inside.

We've just finished renting a house with Think Lettings. After previously experiencing some awful agents and landlords, Think were a breath of fresh air. Communicative and organised from the very start, we dealt with Jade from the first viewing to the last email and she was brilliant throughout. We had some maintenance issues which needed to be resolved in the property and we were always able to email Jade who would immediately get someone out to sort it. She was also always kind enough to spontaneously ask how things were going following a maintenance callout.
We have now bought a house but would not hesitate to rent with Think if we ever needed to in the future.
