She has been a pleasure to work with over the years. Whilst Cara was on maternity leave we also dealt with Amy and Suzanne. Who also provided excellent service and kept us informed throughout. We used Unique estate agency in Thornton-Cleveleys for the sale of our property and the branch in Kirkham for the purchase of our new home.
My wife and I would like to give a special mention to Dominique from the Thornton-Cleveleys branch and Karen Fenton from Kirkham who went above and beyond to support us through our conveyancing journey which was a bit of a roller coaster! Thanks also to Laura and Ben at the Kirkham branch for their help and support, especially chasing solicitors.
Karen always replied promptly to my wife's numerous emails and was always very friendly and supportive. Karen helped us through what at times was a stressful period, but always reassured us that we would have a good outcome, which we dd.
The service we received was excellent and very professional. The promotion for the sale of our property was first class, including special features in the local press and social media links across a range of platforms.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Unique estate agency.

Where to even start, it was not an easy sale for Unique, lots of ups and downs and hurdles to climb however between mainly Julie and Karen they did nothing shy of amazing work. Julie was the puppet master pulling all the strings for us to get the sale over the line in the smoothest most efficient way possible. They worked tirelessly and I could not have asked for a better estate agent to get me over the line. If I hadn’t moved out of the area I would have no questions or hesitation to use them time and time again. Thanks again ladies, it was a pleasure to work with you and a massive appreciation to the work you put in to get us moved.

Completely inflexible. Unable to view any properties as I work full time. No appointments at weekends or after 5 pm. I would have to take time off work to view a property.
