Well everything about Unique was excellent. E mails, Messages to keep me updated with the numerous viewings. Professional and really impressed with the Facebook advertising.
Value was spot on and even got a few thousand more than asking price.
No qulams, use Unique.

We can not praise Peter , James and Eve enough during what is a stressful time.
We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months .
They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble .
So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve .
I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them .
