From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient.
The online portal is really useful and always up to date.
Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well.
I would definitely recommend.

The staff at Up Estates were very friendly and communications were good. Unfortunately due to planned building works by the local council, many people were put off viewing the property and we subsequently took it off the market. We will try again next year and we will probably be using Up Estates again.

Although the sale was somewhat protracted due to solicitors inefficiency, Up Estates worked hard to complete the sale. They kept us informed throughout and were readily available for advice. I would recommend their services.

The worst experiece I have ever had with regards to being treated less then a human. One of the senior sales negotiator called one day treaterning my wife her that he is annoyed and will pull the sale of the property. He had no rights to do this as she firstly was 8 months pregnant and was shaking with the anxiety that the house we needed to start our family will be taken away. Secoud reason was he had no bases to do this since it was between he buyer and seller to decide on the contracts. The arrogance and shameful way he spoke to my wife made me feel like I wanted to stop the process and carry on with a more know and established business. Highly unprofessional, highly unorganised and highly problematic a sale advisor can do this.

Just like another review, great start .. got two viewings within days and sold the property very quickly, however after this they were very quick to put up the SOLD board to advertise their success in selling my property , however after this everything went down hill, myself and my solicitor were left to assist the buyer and their solicitors with everything from start to finish, Up Estates would call me with incorrect information or updates and on most occasions call me at least a week after I had already been given or had chased up information to assist in the sale myself, they were very disorganised as I mentioned they would update me with information I had already had from the buyer a week later and this happened many times, The buyer was having difficulties with their broker and solicitors however it wasn't Up Estates that were trying to help put it was me and my solicitor again, and even after that was resolved a week later they tried calling to advise that they had helped resolve the exact same problem, anyway I requested for a discount for their lack of involvement and lack of work/effort put in from their side, however I was shown the T's and C's and told that they had done a very good job .. I paid what was due as I have never been so disgusted with a company's performance and effort and that they still wanted to be paid in full for basically advertising my house on line which anyone could do and then sitting back and letting me and my solicitor do their work for them.... I would suggest that if you are thinking of using company because their rates are lower than others that you are better off doing everything yourselves and save the money because eventually that is what you will end up doing... do not use this company, pay a little extra and get a more professional outfit
