Poor unprofessional<br>4 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 -12 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.<br><br>Spoke to 3 different people and all come put with different stories.<br><br>No professional conduct whatsoever.

First time using this estate agents and what a complete waste of time.
Complete scammers.
They wanted me to pay deposit without seeing the finishing touches.
Agreed to go see a property and put an offer in.
3 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 - 9 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.

Absolutely disgusted with the agent conduct at Vel Estates. We arrive at the property to be told by the current tenants that not only that the property was no longer available, it had been off the market for most of the day and no one had thought to cancel our viewing. We received a cancellation via text 15 minutes after our arrival. Please, take caution when interacting with these people.
