As an estate agent myself for 20+ years, the service received from this branch and in particular Steve was the worst I have ever come across. My daughter as a first time buyers experience should have been an exciting happy time. When offering on a shared ownership flat, no one got back to her and we chased for answers for over 3 weeks. I personally spoke to Steve to find out what was happening, as this was holding her up from looking at other properties. He advised that he was chasing the housing association but couldn't get hold of them and that my daughter was his priority. We were continuously promised calls back and never had them. To our surprise this morning the flat has come up on Rightmove and Zoopla as sold, no phone call to explain what happened with our offer. To say my daughter and I feel disappointed and let down is an understatement. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is what gives the estate agents a bad name.

The agency was fine during our contract until we had to move out.
Our landlord, which I would not recommend anyone to rend flats from was very very difficult and deducted money for cleaning whereas our agent told us over the phone that they could not as the flat was extremely clean.
OBVIOUSLY the agency did not help us at all and did not tell the landlord down so we lost money off our deposit.
You need to know that this agency puts the interest of the landlord first and do not care about the tenants.

We began our house selling journey with a nationally advertised online estate agent. It started well but my wife and I felt we were not getting the attention or service that we had paid for. We felt our property was not being pushed and feedback from the agent was infrequent. We changed tact. Enter Hilton & Fox, Wembley....
We initially met Steve when he knocked on our door to enquire how the sale was progressing. We invited him in for a chat and suddenly, everything felt professional and personal. Steve gave us honest guidance and we felt our property was at last being pushed. We had a constant stream of potential buyers visit our property and very soon after - a sale that we felt would not have otherwise happened.
We cannot thank Hilton & Fox (Steve) enough. Its not everyday you sell a property and he recognised we were green to the process so took us under his wing and made sure we had everything we needed to make the experience end in a positive manner.
Top Class - highly recommend. Outstanding attention to detail and service. Long live the high street estate agent!

As we were renting our property for the first time, we were very sceptical however we were reassured by the Lettings team. They explained the process to us and their service was second to none.
