I was talking with them through email to book a viewing. They asked for my availability, I replied 7 minutes later and they never got back to me. Now I see that the flat status is “Let Agreed”.

If I could give 0 stars I truly would, the most uncaring disrespectful money robbing agency ever known ! I would never ever recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent. Dealt with Vesper for around three years.
It started well when we originally moved in.
They use a platform called Goodlord for rent payments and setting up the tenancy, which never worked and repeatedly sent us emails and texts saying we hadn't paid the rent when we had. We spoke to Vesper about this, who said they couldn't fix it but told us to ignore the demands.
They didn't pay the council tax liability from before we moved in, and when the council pursued them for it, they wrongly told them we were liable.
The property we rent was sold, and they didn't tell us; we had to find out from a phone call from the new agent. Asking Vesper for confirmation was an ordeal and almost meant we paid the rent to the wrong person (Goodlord also sent us reminder emails that our rent was due two days before, despite the landlord changing).
They didn't (and still haven't, despite multiple emails) transfer our deposit within 30 days to the new landlord. The director has stated Vesper is "closing communication," despite still holding the deposit and not mentioning when it would be sent to the new landlord.... Read more

It takes alot foe me to even leave a review, but myself, my wife and 4 year old son were quite excited to view an apartment.
Unfortunately, eventhough the place was quite nice, the lackluster, heartless and cold approach left our experience awkward and crushed. We decided against it just because of the agent with the thought that we would have to deal with someone like this during the tenancy and that was too unattractive a prospect. Vesper seem to be the most uncaring letting agents I have come across. Since moving into the property last april I have reported issues with our hot water on numerous occasions, to no avail. Fast forward to now and the boiler has completely packed in due to the incompetence of the Development company De-trafford of Sky Gardens, worsened by the lack of care by Vesper who have neglected the issue. We have now been left without hot water for nearly a week and no communication or solution offered, always the same story whenever we try to get in touch.
